Absolutely best service ever! only place who offers a yearly membership for only 69.99 with awesome benefits. employees are very nice ! and took there time to help me pick out what package was best for me. tanning beds very clean and kept up. got really dark in just a couple days ! highly recommended

I have been a loyal customer of TAN N ZONE for 4+ years...I am very happy with the service and packages they offer....I have never had a bad experience with this business and would recommend them to anyone I know....and I have...Ive used ULTRA TAN in the past and they have never come close as far as friendliness consideration or competitive pricing and their bulbs are not changed on a regular basis and in my opinion they are severely OVERATED! And my question is why on earth do they need your fingerprint to confirm your identity....its just a mediocre tanning facility....i would never go back I there....TAN N ZONE is by far a better more reasonable choice in my opinion....they always make sure their bulbs are changed and in working order....I would only make one request and that would be for them to have more variety in tanning lotions....I give 5 stars to TAN N ZONE!

I went with a friend to have the spray tan done. After I got home I had blotches everywhere. I also had places that were missed and I looked dirty and nasty. I spoke with the person who is over the facebook page and they said for me to shower and will see a difference.(even though I was told not to shower for 6 hrs after the spray tan). I showered and still looked terrible. My husband said I looked like someone put the spray tan in one spot and I am missing a lot of spaces. Problem I had was I was going to the beach the next day for a 5k run and I looked like crap for my trip. I had blotches everywhere and never felt so ugly from a tan that was done. I let the person know and they wanted me to come up there...I was not wasting my gas to go to a place who made me feel ugly. I wanted a full refund because I was so unsatisfied. Customer Service is key and they didnt care. I have been a customer service manager for over 25 years so I know how things should be done for a customer. I contacted the BBB and I will be letting them know of how bad the service was. Never again will I go to Tan Zone in Anderson, SC.
