A couple of years ago,I had bought someGenuine Pearl strands at various sales , estate and or garage or moving .Researching their type and confirming their value I attempted to sell them at a local pawn store.They perused them..questioned the value..But would give me 50 bucks. THIS LADY IS AWESOME!I knew they were real and knew the pawn broker was intentionally low balling to get them cheap.THIS LADY( Forgive my lack of name knowledge)Gave me a very fair offer for the value and highly recommend this INDIVIDUAL BUSINESS OWNER.

Very impressed with this place. Very small and unassuming shop but very friendly and great service. I had a watch that I wanted lume added to the dial and after calling all over town she was the only place I could find to do it. Turn around was very quick. She called 2 days after I dropped it off saying it was ready for pick up.

My family, including parents, myself and my husband all have had the pleasure of this family owned repair shop handle our repairs for more years than I can remember. We have always been more than pleased with all the repair service provided on our watches and jewelry! I remember when her dad opened up the shop and now she operates it with her husband! How wonderful is that, I pray they will continue to stay in business because that is where we always go. We are very blessed to have them their for us...

I have used this watch repair place way before they moved to the current location. They used to be in the back entrance corner of the mall with limited space but they have always provided professional work and care whether for repair or for just fixing my watch band. Now that I have moved out of state I will try to get things taken care of by this place when we are visiting as well.

Great watch service place. Had a conversation about my watch and how I use/abuse it vs its quality and the cost of repair vs replace. She replaced both a dead battery and a cracked glass crystal with an upgraded sapphire one for a very reasonable price and in a timely manner. Will use again.

I came in to see if she could get my watch working again. She was confident that a new movement would do it. She promised a refund if it didnt. Well, it didn’t work. Neither did replacing the battery, twice (one battery she later said was from 2015, and she had had other complaints). When I asked for a refund, she refused and was argumentative and rude. She agreed to a refund if she took the movement out, which I allowed. After handing me my disassembled watch in a baggy, she claimed she couldn’t do the refund then. When I pressed her on when I could expect to see my refund, she insulted me with her kids behind the counter and other customers in line behind me. After leaving the store, she did give me a refund, but she lost me as a customer.

Great and fast service.

I learned a expensive lesson DONT SUPPORT SMALL BUSINESS OWNERS LIKE THIS ONE. Charge $19.75 for 3 drops of rubbing alcohol some spray air and a battery. Said something about not free. I hope she wont last much longer and will inform mall manager too. Thanks alot for nothing.

I was resizing a band on a Seiko from overseas. It was a bit unusual compared to those offered in the US. She was very professional and courteous. She examined my bracelet and sized it perfectly.I will have no hesitation doing business there again.

Im not sure how theyre getting five stars. They leave their shop at the Sears mall for hours and dont answer the phone.

Yea Im not sure about their ratings either. She butchered my Suunto watch when I came in for a battery replacement. Two of the four casing screws showed damage. Said they would get me new screws from Suunto and never did.
