I hired Joy to update my resume. I paid her fee right away. I provided her with my work history. She informed me that her colleague would be contacting me to ask some questions & then completing the resume. When the time came for our scheduled appointment, her colleague didn’t have my previously provided work history or even my phone number. Instead of apologizing & reassuring me she would make it right, Joy threw her colleague under the bus & played the blame game. She did refund my money right away, but what I wanted & needed was a resume. Joy wasted 3 weeks of my time, dropped the ball, & in my opinion, was completely incompetent & unprofessional.

Quite a unique character trait in this day and age.I had been on the market for employment for a rather unnerving amount of time and, at one point in time, I was...really fed up with the whole situation (online applications especially).
