This is the most amazing place I have ever out of the blue tried for nails in my life!!! 10 out of 10 without a doubt 🥰

My answer is going to be a bit complicated, but here it is. The lady who did my gel nails (which I believe was the owner) did an amazing job. I can I even say flawless. Now for my 14 yr old daughter it was more of a not coming back here again kind of experience. My daughter is shy, so ofcourse she didnt say anything until we were heading to the car. Tears were rolling down her cheeks. She showed me the problem. So ofcourse we went back inside, explained the situation. Only to be told that her nails were perfect, and that they were busy so they couldnt fix the nails for her. You be the judges to her perfect lavender nails. Im not one to complain, but when it has my daughter in tears, paid a good amount, and they say we are wrong. That is upsetting.

The people at pro nails were great. The wait was long even with an appointment because they had several people out on vacation at the same time. The pedicure was excellent. I had gel toe nails done and dip finger nails. They are beautiful! The only reason I gave a 4 star review was because of the prices. It cost me 175.00 with tip for Mani/Pedi! My nails were clean so no removal of polish or anything, and this was my own nails no acrylics. I felt this was way too high.

Amazing work by Kim - Ive been a compulsive nail biter for as long as I can remember, and I was told by a friend that gel nails might keep me away from my nails long enough to break the habit. Kim was so kind, non-judgemental, professional, and above all skilled at working with me and getting me what I needed. My nails look beautiful and I cant wait for my follow up visits with her - Im booking weeks out in advance so I wont risk losing my progress. The salon is super clean and open, and everyone was very kind. You cant go wrong coming here!

Foot massage is okay, they did good on my pedicure but wasn’t able to take care of my ingrown nails, nail color is uneven, the calluses weren’t removed and polish are not done neatly. definitely not coming back.

I went in wanting to get a gel set and told the tech that that’s what I wanted she insisted that the dip would be better and that it’s just as strong as gel so I took her word for it and paid $60 to get it done. A couple hours later I notice a crack in the top part of my thumb nail and while I was at work I bumped my thumb on something, not very hard at all, and my tip came off so I ended up using crazy glue to fix it. I’ve been trying to be as careful as I can with my hands while I’m working on the register and two more of my nails started getting cracks and breaking off. I’m calling them first thing in the morning and hoping they will fix this and do the actual gel set I wanted to begin with but never again will I let them dip my nails.

Their services are decent but appointments mean nothing here. I’m not sure why they even accept them. I’ve made two appointments in the past few weeks and waited far beyond my designated time to be seen. Today, I walked out after waiting an hour past the appointment time still not having been seen. My advice for them would be not to take appointments but offer walk-in only service. Very frustrating for busy people.

This was the worse. I have not been here in years and when I try to give them a chance, l remembered why I never came back.Kim did my manicure and she mentioned she had another appointment so she worked really fast. I was not relaxed at all. I had to cross my arms and on top of that my chair wasnt working! I mentioned it to her and she didnt say anything. I asked for Shellac and three days having it on, my polish started to come off. The other lady who did my pedicure messed up on the paint, which was obvious and didnt fix it until I pointed it out.I am so disappointed in this place. I will never recommend coming.

The best pedicure around. The business is always clean and tidy looking, they always do a great job and the price is very reasonable.

Big fight between my nail person and another nail person. They kept up the fight for the entire time I was there. My nail person was being blamed by the other for flooding the back room. Mine was upset, talking under breath and super angry. Terrible manicure. She cut it short, no hand massage, sloppy gel and terrible shaping. Sad because I used to love this place. Not relaxing at all. So stressful.

Made an appointment for a mani -pedi at 530 finally got my pedicure started at 630. The woman was extremely forceful, rude and rough. I won’t come back here again.

Ive been going here since I was 21 years old and I still do. Theyre always friendly and awesome customer service.

I asked repeatedly for tech to cut ingrown toenails as Im a nurse and constantly on my feet so I get them on each side of every toe. I was ignored and the employees started laughing amongst each other as though I were crazy and did not have ingrown nails. I get a pedicure every 2 weeks because I always have them. The nail tech didnt even run the instrument under the nail, she pressed over the top which was extremely painful, she didnt clean underneath the nail at all. I went to a different salon later and, lo and behold, ingrown nails on each side of every toe. Also, I watched my tech take her gloves off, invert them inside out to dry, and don the dirty gloves for a different client. I will not return.

Called at 1130am for an appointment they said to come in at 1pm I showed up and waited over an hour. Finally got sick of waiting and left

Booked an appointment weeks in advance for 11 and at 11:30 still not called back and walk ins taken to chairs in front of my scheduled appointment. Left due to the delay and lack of welcoming environment.

Our favorite place for Pedis. We can usually walk in and not wait very long for a seat. The place DOES NOT stink of acrylic which is key to a relaxing experience. It has a nice open layout and the decor is classy (not necessarily my personal style), instead of the usual sterile, generic vibe of other nail salons. Highly recommend!

The most amazing nail salon I have ever been to! Always friendly and they always do great work. Nail polish seems to last longer than other nail salons too. Hands down the best in anchorage.

I previously gave it 4 stars.... they definitely dont deserve that!!!!!! My full set started off good... but quickly went downhill... i got coffin shape and he filed my nails inward so much, that my thumb nail looked like someone cut half of it off. Id usually just be quiet and fix it when I get home... but I had to have him add more acrylic to fix it. Then I get to the pedicure, and she barely even used the brush on the bottom of my feet, I asked them for something specific and they were acting like they didnt even know what I was talking about. And to top it off. She rushed through it and barely gave me a massage. I didnt even tip. It was that bad. I was doing this for my birthday, way to start it, right?!

It was a nice place, you can tell they put some money back into the business to make it nice. They were very fast and efficient. My only drawback was that I actually called and made appointments for me and my friend, and it didnt make a difference on the wait time.

This is the only nail salon I will go to now for a pedicure. They always do such an amazing job! Most the time I bring along my 6 year old sister & they have gone out of their way to make her visit great. It takes longer for my pedicure than a hers so they spend extra time massages her feet(she fell asleep once from being so relaxed) and painting on some incredible designs. I have yet to get a manicure here but Im sure they would do great.

For the first time in years I was able to walk in to a nail salon and be seen and serviced right away! I told them Im looking for a new place, the last place I went to my shellac started to peel off in less then a week. I got my nails done 10 days ago with pro nails and they still look fresh! Their perfect I will be only going to pro nails after searching and searching for a new salon. Theres also no smell of nail polish, chemicals and other overwhelming smells. Love it

Very nice nail salon, they are open till 8:00 pm which is how I ended up there. The prices are comparable to all other nail salons, and they do good work.I had a pedicure and was very happy with the job they did.

I went in during my lunch for a manicure. They were pretty busy and I was worried I couldn’t get it done on time, but they got me in immediately and my nail technician was quick, efficient, and suggested the best color for me! She was great! Very good experience.

I go to Alaska a few times a year for work, and always make time to go get my pedicure done here. They do a great job, its clean, theyre thorough. Not fancy, but no fuss either so I can sit back and enjoy the massage chair.

My favorite nail place in town. They have new mood-changing shellac (temperature-changing) that is awesome. They also give a nice back massage with the manicure. Highly recommend.

Kim will make it right!She spent two and a half hours on me! I had old disgusting acrylics that she made sure to soak off and not hurt my natural nails then did dip clear and mixture of two Shellac colors because I wanted a natural pink.Prices are comparable and the new location is beautiful.

One of the girls didn’t know how to do coffin correctly and the other made the nails uneven, has to fix them a bit when I got home.

Great SFriendly service, but I didnt realize how careless they were when clipping my large toe. A moth later it got infected and had to have part of my toe nail removed. Im still healing from that experience.

I have walked in, made appointments and each time I end up waiting at least 45 minutes before my scheduled appointment time. For a walk in thats the risk you run. But when you make an appointment, that is unacceptable. Owner seems to be more concerned with running people through like cattle than providing a quality service. Will not recommend this place to anyone.

By far the best place to get your nails done in town...!!! they always do such a great job when Im there, and I love their foot massages. My nails always look great! The only con I have about it is that, they are always busy and or short staff.

The worst customer service I have ever gotten from a nail salon. If I was to grade their Customer service, infection control, and professionalism as a business I would give them a F+. But at least my toes look cute so Im not 100% mad.

Had to wait for half hour before getting service with appointment. The service isn’t good and the space is not hygiene. Rushed me out because it was too busy. The place needs a better appointment service with better customer service. Can’t recommend it!

Had to wait an HOUR in the pedicure chair. Came at 2:40 and they started at 3:45 and rushed my pedi, had to get rid of my calluses but they didn’t scrub them very well and they missed some spots at the front of my toenails.

I am from Louisiana and decided to get my nails and feet done on vacation, normally where I am from prices for full sets vary from $23-$25 , pedicures are normally $30-$35. I went on a Monday and spent $95 for a full set and pedicure and also left a $5 tip. 2 days later the polish on my toes were half off., I called to see if they could fix them and the man seemed to not want to and also told me I have wrong number, I went back and a lady touched them up for me. That same evening 2 of my nails broke off about half way, now it has been a week since Ive gotten them done and 3 nails are broken and my polish is also chipping off. While I was getting my nails done she clipped all of my nails off and filed them and the sides raw to the meat, my skin was very red but her and her husband continued to file . Now I have no nails whats so ever and my artificial nails are coming off. I am furious because I wasted $100 for this and My nails are so thin I cant get them done again. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS PLACE!!

My Grandma has been going their for years and always has tony do her nails hes very nice. Since I, and many in my family even my grandpa, have been going there ive always enjoyed it. I love Mrs. Lee (the owner) doing my nails, shes rough but my nails always look great and she gets everything. Walk-ins are welcomed (im not one to make appointments) and yes I have had to wait before when I walk in, its not that big of a deal. The Place is always so clean and ive taken many of my friends their, so now Im recommending it to you!

Called ahead of time and the person who answered the phone was very sweet and let me know that it would be a wait, but I told her i didnt mind. When I arrived, no sonner that I wrote my name down on the clipboard, I was approached by Moon, who said she could take me back straight away and for me to pick out a color. I chose 34 gel. Forest green with sparkles. I love it!!! Moon is very kind and did a great job!!! I will definitely recommend this nail salon to friends and family. A littlle pricey for gel with mani/pedi, but worth every penny. I am worth it!😄 Thank you Moon! 😊

As bad as it gets..... And I usually try to find something positive in every mess but not when it gets this bad.Today I had the worst manicure in my life. The pedicure was done nicely. The girl did a very good job. And this guy, the only guy there, on the top of his absolutely unwelcoming appearance and rude attitude, did a horrible job on my fingernails. I had gel nails done and he only was able to glue a few of them straight. Most of them look like they are leaning on one or other side. They are all also different lengths. And the nail polish looks like it was old and if you look on my nails in the light it looks like the polish was very unevenly applied. I dont know if my description was good enough to provide a picture of that mess I have now on my fingers. Will NOT return to that place for sure!!!! I guess they have some favorite clients, those who come there all the time and they might be treating those in a special way. But I felt very uncomfortable even being there. And, btw, it is not my first time, but third time going there, and each time it was worse and worse.

My tech didnt really pay attention to what she was doing, she was more into conversations the the other techs, kept stopping turn and look at themMy feet looked like I just went there to get nail polish. Will not return.

The salon is owned by a husband and wife. The wife is rude and combative. The technicians tell the client a price and then write a much lower amount on the receipt given to the owner.

My mother and I had nail appointments for 5:30 and had to wait for 45 minutes before being seen. Which almost caused her to miss her flight. Was not impressed.
