Susie is the best nail tech I have ever been to! My shellac has never lasted so long and my nails always look amazing, it took me a long time to find her but Im so glad I did.

Luxury nails is great! They are talented patient gentle and kind! Ignore any bad reviews this place is so nice! It was so relaxing to get a pedicure from watsana! I will definitely come back here and would recommend it to other people as well! It is small, but well decorated and it being small does not really matter when they are so great at their craft!

Always amazing! Watsana is the best! Always super clean, professional and she even made me this adorable sunflower for a Fall look today. 🌻 Suzie is great too, my husband sees her regularly to keep his feet happy. I have seen her a few times too and enjoyed the service and results. You cannot go wrong here. Make an appointment because they book up fast. Also, its important to note that while the ladies do offer manicures they do not provide any services related to artificial nails.

Susie was wonderful. Great massage and very clean nail polish application. I am not used to have pedicures very often but this one was by far the most precise. I’ll go back!

I was bummed cause I thought the pedicure experience was amazing at first until I got home and saw that my big toe polish was smudged. This place is really clean, nice and the staff was very good. I got the deluxe pedicure which was really nice. After she finished with the wax she told me I could put my socks and shoes on and go. I was kind of surprised thinking usually they have you go dry your nails under the light for at least 10 minutes but she said mine were dry. I got home and my large front toe was all smudged up. Wish I would have listened to my instincts.

This place did a superb job! I got my deluxe pedicure the day before a 1 week beach vacation..... it been two weeks since I got it done now and they are still near perfect, including the design and gem on my big toes!! Impressed to see the least!! Thank you!!

Luxury Nails is hands-down the best, cleanest place in Anchorage. Watsana does a beautiful job with my nails. It’s hard to find a place in Anchorage that’s consistently clean and does a nice job, but Luxury does just that! They keep the their appointment times and have you out the door and on with your day in a timely manner, which is nice if you have other things to do and want a reliable appointment. I like shellac manicures, personally and mine last at least 4 weeks even though I am pretty hard on my nails at work and the gym. Lots of colors to choose from too! Very relaxing.

I asked for a full gel set. Apparently I needed to specify because the guy started to paint my natural nails with gel polish. It wasnt his fault he was told that. Another lady then said she asked me what I wanted at the beginning I said yea I wanted gel nails. I had to move to a different table and the new lady was very nice but charged me $80. I called later to find out why so high and a woman told me they must have used a shellac polish which was extra. I was never asked if I wanted that and was just charged. Way too expensive and not impressed with my nails. I still tipped very well but they lost my service. I only tipped because the lady who did them was sweet. They need to let people know there prices if they are going to be that expensive!

Love this place. I go in all the time to get shellac done, they do a fabulous job and have redo my nails several times when they havent set right. After trying shops all over Anchorage I wont go anywhere else!!

I came in a little while back with a gift certificate to get a pedicure and upon walking in the receptionist/nail technician not only refused service for me but was rude and told me they don’t take gift certificates since they moved locations. She was unfriendly and overall poor customer service for the first thing to walk into.I was disappointed not only from the straight up refusal when I walked in, but also for the fact that Luxury Nails would not even honor partial of my gift certificate. If I would have known they expire I would’ve used it prior, however I was unaware and just looking at the gift certificate it says nothing about an expiration date. I will try and post a full picture of my certificate, expiration info is not shown. I feel bad for the person who gave me the certificate, as you happily took their money for no service. Bummer!Not sure if I will return here, disappointed in the lack of friendliness and customer service was not welcoming, especially for the first thing to walk into.

Ive been going there for years ever since the new owner took over and they are AMAZING!! They are the cleanest place in town by far. In fact there pumice stones, nail files and buffer are all single use. Meaning that the pumice stone or file that is being used on you has only been used one you and will be thrown away after you. They also clean their metal tools with an auto clave. The same cleaning mechanism used in hospitals for metal tools. More tha. That she does the best job Ive ever had done on my nails. They always look perfect, you get a massage and they make sure youre happy. Its a very relaxed environment and not gossipy like other nail salons. I love coming here and wont go anywhere else.

Luxury Nails is by far the cleanest, most sanitary manicure and pedicure business in Alaska. The owner Watsana has nearly a decade of experience. She has also completed the 250 hours of schooling. Dont trust your health to anyone else. Luxury Nails uses a state of the art Medical Autoclave and completely sanitizes and disinfects between clients. If you have diabetes or a compromised immune system, you dont have to give up pedicures, you simply make an appointment with Watsana. She genuinely cares about her clients.

Best place to get a Pedicure!!!! They spend a decent amount of time on me every time I go in, and they massage you a lot longer than any other place Ive been. I wont go anywhere else anymore!

About year ago I started getting acrylics done here. They were lifting before I even left the salon! I quit going to them and ended up taking them completely off. Recently I went back for a set of gel nails, hoping the material change would result in a better outcome. Not so much. Once again they were lifting before I even left. Two days later 6 nails were lifting, one almost completely came off!!! When I requested they fix them, they wanted to charge me 5$ a nail. I will never go back!

Just have to share the secret of my beautiful nails...It is Watsana at Luxury Nails! She does a beautiful job and the added benefit of a clean, sanitary process is a home run for me! I tried a few other salons and found the ragged pumice stones and nail files and trimmers soaking in who knows what extremely off putting. At Luxury Nails, Pumice stones and nail files are one use items and the nail trimmers are sterilized between uses. I love that I can get my nails done and not worry about my health. My nails are not only beautiful, they are strong and usually last 3 to 4 weeks. I could actually go longer but they get too long to play the piano and organ. Thank you, Watsana!
