I dropped my Homelite generator off May 5th 2021i went back a month later and it had not been touched. I went back several times, 4 people quit or where fired and still no repair. After 5 months I picked up my generator, all they did was remove my carb, ( with the wrong one) jerry rigged the wrong carb, used rtv on my air cleaner and drilled out studs on my manifold. I asked for my original carb back for 2 weeks and can’t be found. I had to buy a O.E.M carb for 225.00 plus 25.00 for shipping! Thank god for small claims court! I filed against them!

Call him to have him look at a lawnmower tells me to bring it right down turned out that just a piece of metal with dents on it from a rock hitting the body so the blade was touch anyway try to charge me $40 for two seconds worth of work. Was rude and its the only repair place in town

I brought my lawnmower over earlier today to get a few things repaired. He was able to fix everything needed and on top of that, went above and beyond with the customer service. I went in with the expectation of paying an arm and a leg, but he was beyond fair with the price. I’ve made three recommendations to friends and family already and I fully intend on continuing to.

Took older 1996 Craftsman riding lawnmower to them and they didn’t hesitate taking it on. Super quick! They also charged me a fair price.Well worth navigating 6th ave. 🙂Robert and Jessie were professional and friendly. Highly recommend them to anyone.

They did a great job performing some much needed maintenance on my lawnmower.

What a great shop. Took my old mower in and they quickly and without charge advised me that the repair would be more expensive than replacing the mower. They then sold me a used riding mower that is so much better than the one I had, for less than either the repair or replacement would have cost. They also took the old mower off my hands for a fair price. If you need small engine repair, these are the guys you are looking for.

Now thats small engine repair place I know them intimately because I used to work for him a long time ago he gave me an opportunity to make some extra money when I needed to and just to kind of help them out around their guys names Jesse hes a great guy so I hope you guys get the opportunity if you need anything small engine repair lawn mowers all kinds of things mainly lawn mower snow blowers in that kind of options and stuff like that hes got supplies on hand and hes really quick and efficient as fast as possible he is a very busy company since hes one of the last of the alaskans small engine repair places hes been open for many years if you want the opportunity ask for Jesse or ask for his kohart Steve or a few of the other employees at work for him I hope you guys get the opportunity if you need something that well to repaired theyll do a great job for you and thats why I give him 5 stars

I Brought my mower over on a Saturday morning, without an appointment. They graciously repaired my mower, and only asked me for the cost of the part. What service, I’ll be returning!

These guys are awesome. My mower was repairedand fully serviced in less than an hour. I could have sat there and waited for it.Being in the yard care business I have to have repairs done immediately when needed and theseare the guys to do it. Theyll be getting all my business from now on.

I had a lawn mower with the back wheel screw keeping coming off. Paid $200+ and waited a whole month for my lawn mower to be broken the same day I picked it up. Please DO NOT waste your time with them.

Horrible experience. We took them our lawn mower, they had it for several weeks, they worked on it to justify payment. I dont know what they did as it wasnt fixed. Took it back to give them an opportunity to make it right and they still didnt fix it. Never again! As thier logo states, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!

Brought my lawn mower to these guys for repair and full service, got it back working perfectly the next day. Jesse’s “shop” is just his house & yard, but don’t be concerned about that - great service & fair prices!

They were very helpful and fair. Even helped me load the mower in the truck cause I was having back problems at the time. They have my service for the rest of my lawn equipment.

These guys had my walk behind compactor fixed the same day! It sat at a small engine/Rental place for 6 weeks and I finally picked it up and took it to these folks. 2 hours later I went and picked it up. They are very fair to the customer with their pricing as well. I will never bother with anyone other then these guys again!
