I’ve been going to Face Forward for about 3 years now. Staff is amazing, truly a 10/10 for customer service (and I have high expectations). I travel from out of town, so having evening and weekend appointments available is a must. Staff is flexible with times and very accommodating. I like that you can make appointments via text. Took my 11 year old almost step daughter for her first brow wax, they exceeded my expectations, as usual. Staff is all very friendly and kind. The decor is beautiful. They have a Keurig in the waiting room, which is so tastefully appointed and relaxing that I never want to leave. I’ve had waxes in New York City, NY, Phoenix, AZ and Central Pennsylvania. Face Forward surpasses all of my past experiences by far.

Got a lash fill, however, I didn’t feel like I came out of there with much more than I went in there with. I felt like I wasted my time and my money. On the positive side, the ladies were pleasant.

Lots of skin care businesses dont understand that darker skin tones can scar easily and hyperpigment and have different needs than lighter tones/shades. Not all estheticians are the same! I am a Black American woman over 40 and Ive been seeing Rebecca for 11 months and I would continue to see her except Im leaving Alaska. Seeing her is like hanging out with a girlfriend. I LOVE her. And shes made my skin radiant.I had lots of hyperpigmentation and acne spanning decades and with her magic I have NO evidence of that and my skin is amazingly clear. She understands darker tones and manages appropriately and uses customized products for my our skin type. Ive had acne for decades and now I have no acne now due to her skill and expertise AND I receive compliments on my skin all the time.Im moving to California and my concern was whos going to do my facials?!?!?! Shes an expert with all skin types.
