Wish there was a different company that would handle packages instead of this company. Just seen the video of them throwing everyones merchandise around in Anchorage. Those packages go to everyone in different areas in Alaska. My amp box was totally demolished. You dont like your job cause of certain benefits you dont get like holiday leave then quit and find a different job. Its not our fault you chose to work there.

Naniq Dropped the ball at the goal line.Purchased a bicycle the 9th June and had it shipped via FedEx.By the 15th June bike company asked how I liked the new bike.I replied No bike here.I orderd a item from Anchorage and on July 3rd Northern Air Cargo required freight payment, I asked about a 3rd item, the billing clerc said that a bike in my name was shipped out June 22ndSo its July 3rd and I had no idea my bike had been sitting at the freight office since June 22 (12 Days) and no call.Fact is I asked at the freight office about my bike, as I now knew from the NAC CSA that it was in my town some place.The local freight company eventually found it and brought my Bike out after 10 minutes.

They were supposed to deliver a package to me on May 16th and according to my tracking number they received on May 13th. I called and they said said that they couldnt deliver to PO boxes. Understandable so I gave them a physical address. I was told May 23 is when they could get it to me. May 23 no package so I called and was told driver was a little behind and that it would be delivered May 24th asked if I could change the delivery address and was told of course no problem. May 24 no package called morning of May 25 and was told driver called the office to let them know he was in Valdez. I Confirmed delivery address and was told yes it will be delivered there. Well NO they delivered it to the address I gave them the first time even after the new delivery address was confirmed at least twice!

Called because they have my package and are a 3rd party delivery driver for FedEx. The person I spoke to (Alex) was incredibly rude. When I asked to speak to a supervisor I got put on hold for a moment and then hung up on.
