Extremely unprofessional. There were boxes and papers scattered everywhere. There was a woman in business clothes wearing a gun on her waist who greeted me through the mess and told me that they don’t even have the computer equipment to complete the tsa pre check. I scheduled an appointment 2 weeks in advance. I received 3 reminder emails. I arrived on time. No one notified me of this issue. If another option is available then choose elsewhere.

They are strict on schedule when it comes to going on their breaks but not on coming back from them. I’ve been waiting for 20 minutes past their reopening time, along with two others, and no one is here and the doors are locked. Not impressed.Update: apparently they closed for the day despite having hours until 6 and didn’t bother to put up a sign. We only found out because the one person waiting called to see why no one was here for his appointment.

Needed to come here for TSA pre check. The techs were friendly and professional.

Walked in, and had the lady told me we do appointments and accept walk ins, handed me a slip of paper to schedule an appointment and told me to have a nice dayI was a bit confused.
