I brought my isuzu box truck to get the brakes done and I was told the ABS sensor was bad, so i told them to fix it, and they put a new one and it didnt fix the problem, then they told me something different was the problem and i got an estimate of $1500 to get it done, I agree. I month passed and they didnt call, 3 months passed and they didnt call so I called and ask whats going on so they told me sorry, but you truck is not fixed but you own now $4000 I was so mad, but luckily I had the initial estimate and told them I never agreed to that,short story I ended up paying $1800, and my truck was not fix, they told me I need to fix the whole ABS system and it was going to cost $8500. Luckily for my I fund a professional and knowledgeable staff at RWC and they fix the problem for $1200.
