We visited the Fairbanks location. Our family had a wonderful experience. Both Bobby and Wyatt were extremely knowledgeable of the equipment along with the area and were very friendly. We would definitely recommend this location and tour.

The overall service is just OK, which means not too bad but not good enough! When I requested for the contact information of the tour guides, the lady on the phone refused to provide it and showed her arrogance by repeating the same words There is no problem, the tour guide will definely find us!
