GCI is the worst internet in Alaska. Rip off too! Used them for 4 years then all of a sudden they sold the business to a company from Colorado and my data keep getting used up 10 days into the billing cycle. Gave me a price hike and less data. Horrible company. Dont use.

Cancelled service due to moving, and 2 years later the send a $200 doller bill to collections for fees and service. Did not try and contact me once. That is poor organization, and customer service.

Awful service; waited 2 hours to fix my phone and customer service wouldnt fix my phone issues. Phone & text service doesnt work out of state either.
