I have used many carpet cleaners throughout my years and was floored at the cost of carpet cleaning in Alaska. Price wise they are on par with several other companies. Here is where I was impressed. I had three rooms with fairly clean carpets, and no pet stains. I expected they would come in see the condition of the carpet and just do a quick once over, but no. They got out the shampooed and treated my rugs like there had been a years worth of frat parties on them. I mention this because it is nice to see they did not cut corners and just try to get in and out and on to the next call. They gave the same level of attention to my clean carpets as they would heavier soiled carpets. The technicians were also nicely dressed and professional. I will be using them each and every time. Though the cost of carpet cleaning is WAY higher than in the lower 48 (average cost $100 for 3 Rooms) The effort they made and professionalism shown made the higher cost worth every penny.

I had them clean an apartment of mine and I specifically told them that it was dirty from the previous tenants. I told the scheduling person this specifically and so the price she quoted was higher. I asked why and she said because of what I told them. I told the Technician that it had a smell and showed him around the apartment. I waited a day or two to let the carpet fully dry and it still smelled. The carpet did appear cleaner but still smelled. If the company would have called for feedback, I would have told them instead of posting. soo worth the cost? I could have bought a steam machine for what I was charged.

Twice to clean carpets and once to clean out my dryer vent. Each time Greg has come out and been incredibly helpful, knowledge and does a very thorough job. The first time, I pointed out some dark staining on the carpets all along my walls and he explained why it was happening and gave the spots extra attention. They are quick and efficient and my carpets are usually dry by the end of the day.

I LOVE Allen Rapid Dry. I love them so much that I hired them to clean my carpets even though *I own a carpet cleaner*. Like (what I’ve come to realize is) a lot of people, I’ve actually been following them on FB for years just for the cute dog photos, despite living 2-4k miles away for the last decade+. You can bet this was the first phone call I made when I moved home and bought a house. I called them so fast that I couldn’t even tell them what color the carpet was, and whether or not it had stains. They were able to get me taken care of within the week, which gave me just enough time to realize that it did in fact have some stains. Greg noticed them immediately, despite me not mentioning it, and did not rest until they were out. He also steamed out bedpost impressions from the previous owners without me needing to ask, and gave me advice on how to combat them in the future. But, the best part I’ve saved for last of course - SCOTCH-GUARD!! I scotch-guard EVERYTHING. I have three dogs, so anything could happen and it’s a huge help in keeping things clean and looking new, but it can be pricey. Having just bought a house I was nervous to even ask for the quote, because I knew it would be tough to swing. Adding on a scotch-guard treatment to my cleaning for over 800sq/ft of carpet cost me less to do than my last couch set treatment - by a LOT. For as long as I live here Allen’s Rapid Dry gets all my business.

Great service. I had my carpets cleaned upon moving in to my new house. Greg went out of his way to make sure to document any existing stains that we both knew he wouldnt be able to remove on my invoice so I could use it as documented proof to my landlord that the stains were there when I moved in.
