I first began working with EBO when my company was reaching a point where I could no longer do all of the day to day operations as well as the back end. EBO helped design a system that worked for my specific needs and they never tried to bring a one size fits all approach to what they presented. To this day, if I need anything done that is outside of the normal they handle it quickly and professionally and I give me a quick and easy list of action items to make the task go quickly. I hired EBO on short notice to update my very outdated resume and edit a cover letter for a job interview. Thankfully, they turned that order around very quickly with a very professional looking resume format and quality edits to my cover letter which helped to better organize my work experience and history and tie it together nicely.
