Sent in my snowmachine tub to be sandblasted in certain areas. We discussed and agreed on areas to avoid due to delicate fiberglass and bondo. This guy decides to blast it anyways, knocking holes through the fiberglass and digging into the bondo work. I am now set back a month of labor and my tub is an absolute nightmare.

Absolutely great customer service. I called Casey Durand about 4 P.M. on a Friday. Told him my situation about my rig being down needing parts. He met me bright and early on Saturday before business hours just to ensure I could get my Jeep back up as soon as possible! Extremely knowledgeable and absolutely helpful!!! Highly recommend this shop

Call the owner on four separate occasions to get a quote on about $3,000 worth of work each time he told me he would get it out to me that day. Its now been three weeks and I have yet to hear from him either by email or phone call. I cant judge the quality of his work but I can judge is inability to follow through with what he says he will do. Too bad I was willing to give him a lot more business after this.

Does poor quality work that is overpriced, doesnt make it right, couldnt pay me to take a vehicle here
