Dave saved the day when another company left us behind! He took us to the Conservation Center and his narration was impecable! He was super patient and gave us the beat tips. We had the most pleasant conversation on the way back to Anchorage. We even saw the beluga whales along the road. He’s such a great person. I will definitely book with Four Seasons again!

Professional, accommodating, experienced, and the best customer service around. These folks were so kind to us when we had to reschedule our plans. They worked very closely with us, having great communication skills and made sure that at the end everything was taken care of. I cannot say enough good things about these folks. Booked and confirmed an airport transport with Dave via email that included our flight information. Upon arriving in Anchorage at our scheduled arrival time, Four Seasons was nowhere to be found. We called Dave and he instructed us to wait out by the shuttle pickup point and he would be arriving shortly in his van with a big moose on the door. After 45 minutes and several unsuccessful attempts to contact Dave via phone again we gave up and took a taxi home. Leaving people stranded at the airport and not answering your phone is not the customer service we typically receive and expect in Alaska.

We had great rides to/from Alyeska from Anchorage. Our first driver Nate gave us lots of recommendations, including what ended up being our favorite meal near Alyeska! We would recommend for anyone looking to get around Alaska.

Highly recommend Four seasons vs a taxi. Mr. Dave picked us up from the airport and was super friendly. He made our 45 min trip to the resort seem so fast! I arranged for transportation the night before I arrived in Anchorage. Dave was there waiting at the airport as promised. He was very friendly and gave me some great suggestions for my visit to Alaska. I chose Four Seasons Trans Group as opposed to a taxi because of the online reviews and I was not disappointed. Very safe, reliable, and reasonably priced transportation.

Four Seasons was available same day to transport us from Girdwood to the airport when no other service was willing to pickup 45min south of Anchorage. The van was on time, reasonably priced, pleasant and easy. Called once to schedule, he picked up right on time and we had no communication issues. Would definitely recommend.

One of the best rides of my life. Dave has driven me from Anchorage to Alyeska and back again on a number of occasions. During transit, Dave serenades you with stories about how Alaska came to be and what sets it a world apart from the other 49. Dave is literally one of the best storytellers Ive ever heard and he absolutely has his facts straight. I was fact checking (Googling) in the back seat as he would rattle off statistics and answer obscure questions completely off the cuff while driving down a lonely mountain ice-covered highway. Needless to say, I was quite impressed. I asked Dave what his favorite thing to do is and his response was Show Alaska to newcomers. It really shows. Hes a guy that wakes up every morning and lives his dream. Thanks again for the awesome rides and stories Dave! We cant wait to book our next shuttle with you.

We had a late night arrival into Anchorage. Vanessa was waiting when we arrived, and we enjoyed a very comfortable ride to our hotel. We would definitely recommend Four Seasons.

Sent this company an inquiry via their web site a few days ago. They never bothered to respond. So I guess they dont want any more business or perhaps have gone out of business. Either way, due to their lack of communication they cant be recommended. So a big, fat 1 star rating from me.

I give this 5 Plus stars !! Our driver Jenna was excellent. She was on time, everytime she drove us. Jenna was very informative about the surroundings and very friendly.

If there were a 100 stars, I would give them all! WAY more than a ride! All of the drivers with this company are fantastic but if you have the opportunity, ask for Dave! Dave is more of a tour guide than a driver! He has been in Alaska for 45+ years and he knows all of the best spots and stories! We had a 45 minute drive to Anchorage from our hotel, Alyeska, in Girdwood and he made the drive one of the best parts of the trip! He told us all of the old folk tales of the land, made sure we didnt miss out on any of the beautiful sites, pointed out the amazing wildlife and made us feel right at home, right away! And that was just one way! On the trip back, he had saved new stories, even pulled over on the road in several spots at places he knew would be great photo opportunities! He even keeps a pair of binoculars on him to show us the wildlife on top of the mountains! Dave made the ride much more than a ride to both myself and my husband, he made us feel welcomed to Alaska, like we belonged. If youre riding, youve got to go in style, youve got to go with this company! I promise you wont regret it!

Dave drove us from Alyeska to Anchorage airport, narrating a natural & historical tour along the way. Definitely the most informative shuttle Ive ever taken.

Good service

We waited quite a while for our ride from the airport, had two men walking around trying to find them, but never did. After 45 minutes we had to scramble for other transportation. They dont answer their phones much, so no luck with that. They had my number never received a call looking for us at the airport. I had to call my credit card company to dispute the prepaid fare afterwards. Pretty bad!

This group of drivers made our trip! From clean vans, friendly, knowlegable drivers who would go out of their way to show you the sites! I highly recommend them if it is just you or if you are with a group.

Terrible. We prebooked this transport, confirmed it the day before, and these guys left 16 people stranded in the airport. We called them and called them and NO ONE ANSWERED. Had to scramble to find other transport to take us to our hotel

20 minutes late for an airport run.
