Customer service was great! Had a shipment that was coming in on a Saturday. I was supposed to pick it up around 2pm. I was not able to pick up the shipment on time due to car problems/weather and their hours close at 4p on that day. I needed the shipment for my daughters birthday the next day but on Sundays they are closed. So after getting my car problem fixed I showed up to the Delta Cargo site after hours. There was no one and the place was shut down and locked. I noticed the number of the Operations Manager (Stuart) posted on the door so I gave him a call and explained my situation. He understood and told me that he will send one of his guys to assist me. Within 15 minutes they came and showed up and got me my shipment. Stuart even called me to ensure that I got my shipment. The best customer service I have ever received. Thanks.

Horrible service...tried to ship my dog down to family and received numerous emails stating the latest acceptance time for the 3:45pm flight was 1:45pm. One of their workers called me at 1:23pm while I was driving to the airport. I missed the call. His voice mail reiterated that 1:45pm was the latest they would accept the dog. When I walked in the main office at 1:43 and was immediately told that it was too late to send my dog. What happened to the 1:45pm acceptance? The dude didnt even bother getting out of his chair...just says, it will take more the a couple minutes to check the dog in. Really? The emails and voicemail all said 1:45pm acceptance...if he could got his butt out of the chair and did some work, it shouldnt have been a problem. Very poor work ethic and customer service. Needless to say, Im not giving them my business. Utilized another service, which was a helluva lot cheaper then Delta Cargo.
