I went to Beacon Media and Marketing with high expectations about their work. We are a start up company, wanted to create a website, logo, a marketing plan and very little was accomplished. The process took months and I didn’t see results. At the end we ended up with a logo they made and nothing else. They didn’t give us a marketing plan that they “had” been working on for a long time and just didn’t work out. The personal meetings were very polite and very respectful but the work delivery was not smooth at all. When ever there was billing information to be communicated, there was always a delay in letting us know there was any issues. We really wished this had worked out but we are very disappointed with Beacon Media and Marketing.

Beacon has stepped up their game again! They hired a new person named James. He sat down and did a review with us, which is normal. However, he really took the time to listen, study our market, and asked others about their perception of our market so we could target a particular crowd. By the way- this crowd is very difficult to obtain and to target and we have scratched our heads for a year! Then he met with Beacon and they came up with a game plan that will be a real game changer for us. What was even more special is he didn’t stop – he kept going!!
