My account was to be active 4/2021. By 9/2021 no one had finalized my account and I couldnt get ahold of anyone to pick up our waste. I finally contacted someone and told them to cancel my account as no services have been rendered to date. Its a month later and Im still being ignored and cant get anyone on the phone to confirm my account has been cancelled.
