Just took and passed my CDR RD exam here this morning! Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Testing area is very quiet and they even give you ear plugs if needed. Location can be somewhat difficult to find but inside, it is very clean and professional. Would definitely recommend and take another test here again!

I gave my Microsoft certification exam here.All the employees are really helpful and they made sure social distancing were maintained at all times Also mask and gloves are mandatory to enter.Looking forward to schedule my next exam .Thank you.

I am very grateful from Quality Tutoring Service because of his humanities. I made two appointments for taking my CompTIA Network+ exam at a different testing center but it was cancelled due to COVID-19. Finally, I made an appointment here and then called them to ask if they would be open or not and also explained my situation. Unbelievably, the manager or owner of Quality Tutoring Service institute said if your exam is an urgent and vital exam that you need to take; I am going to open the institute just for you. Can you believe someone or some businesses do this kind of favor for you even if there is not any profit for them. Came here to take the CSET exam. Rami was very accommodating and helpful. Great customer service. Said good luck to me before I went in to take my exam. When I called to book the appointment, he gave me his personal number and ensured that I got scheduled to take my test within days despite COVID-19 barriers, when most other test centers were closed. My test was cancelled by other places, but QTS was a real life saver because I was worried I wouldn’t be able to test in time.Facility was clean and enforced pandemic clean standards of mask and gloves. Room temperature got a little hot but the AC was turned on. Only one other tester was present, so room was private and quiet.

Good communication with the staff on hand where they were able to help me with my needs! Passed my statistics class with flying colors.
