Baldo was very professional & polite. He even took the time to call me after he dropped off our truck at the repair shop that was very polite of him I really think him a lot I appreciate the fact that he went out of his way to reassure me he would take care of my truck and when he dropped it off he called me not a lot of drivers will do

We use AAA, we called and they sent us a very unprofessional tow truck driver who didn’t know how to jump start our battery, since according to the driver we had no battery. The battery is located in the bumper, he didn’t know how to connect to the charging posts. He got upset when I said if he doesn’t know how to jump start our car he should call another tow truck. The driver asked if I knew how to jump start the car? I said we call triple A. And he just got more upset. Very ghetto driver. Today we will file a complaint with AAA.

The driver was very knowledgeable and took extra care with my SLK. He was polite, wore a mask and California Roadside Service made payment transactions easy. The dispatcher was polite. Towing equipment was a picture. California Roadside Service was very helpful and professional in all aspects. Great service!!!

Driver Frank is my new favorite person. 🤗Today a little before 4:30 I locked my keys, my phone, and my purse in the only car we have in use right now. To make things even more interesting, the staff of the recycling center told me that if the tow truck didnt get there before 5 PM, they would leave and they would lock my car inside the gate. No possible exceptions.AAA customer service did their best to explain the reason for the urgent service but I expected a harrowing wait for the tow truck until the estimated arrival time of 4:58.Frank showed up in 10 minutes and had me into my car within about 3 minutes, giving me plenty of time to drive out of the gate and draw a big sigh of relief.Well done, Frank! You have no idea how much trouble and money you saved me tonight, as well as just plain ol hassle. The story of my situation today is much more complicated than this -- I just told you the good parts.

I wish I got the name of the tower driver because he was amazing! I got into a car accident yesterday. After asking the cop that I wasnt feeling well and I needed to go to the hospital. The cop just said, do you need an ambulance? Probably not, you can just call to have someone pick you up. I was going to get stranded on the freeway!! Thanks for nothing. Anyways, tow driver shows up and I tell him to take me to the hospital. He even walked me to the entrance. Such a great individual!!Thank you!!

The driver was dangerous. HAD 1 safety strap in front, and one chain in the rear holding the vehicle down on his flatbed tow truck, going 75 mph down the freeway.
