I was VERY happy with the customer service I received from the owner John. He gave me his cell phone number and told me to let him know if I needed anything. I searched on the internet for the best price for renting a scooter and Apple Scooter had the best price!! John personally delivered it to me at the Disneyland Hotel, and then came and picked it up when I was done with it on the last day. John also goes over all the scooter controls and will adjust your seat and handle bar for you. I highly recommend renting a scooter from him.

Disneyland opened recently and we were fortunate enough to get tickets and reservations for a party of 3, June 2, 2021. My complication is stage 4 cancer has settled in my hip and I needed a mobility scooter to get around.I found Apple Scooter online and a friend told me she had a good experience with them. Good is not strong enough; we had a great experience! With the pandemic imposed regulations, access to the park and a scooter service is a challenge. Although Disneyland has some for rent, they do not take reservations, a risk I could not take.John, the manager of Apple Scooters Anaheim location patiently explained how to cope with the complications. He suggested spending a night at a nearby motel (he recommended two), the scooter would be brought to us the night before and we would return it the next night to the same motel drop. This worked perfectly!I called John a few times before our scheduled date with some follow-up questions and each time he answered my questions to insure a smooth experience. On the “big day” I had some concerns about the battery charge indicator. John was available by text and phone and mobilized to make sure our adventure was a good one. I can whole heartedly recommend Apple Scooter and give John my sincere thanks.

John was very professional and nice and fast with his service. I rented fir 1 day and the next morning I wanted to use it for another hour to go to downtown dis ey and he let me use it at no charge. I will def be using this company again.

We rented from Apple Scooter for the first time and everything was wonderful. Scooter was delivered on time and worked great. Forgot to plug it in one night after all day at Disneyland and it still got me through the following day. John had a backup scooter ready for me to trade at a moments notice right there at California Adventure. He is so personable and you can literally text him at any time with a question or concern and he immediately resolves your issue.

I give 5 stars because of the service and interactions with the manager. Great experience. the scooter however,needed some TLC , though. But it worked with no problem. Price was very reasonable. The rental I had in Anaheim from John was exceptional. I rented 2 scooters for 5 days and what an amazing deal! From the quality of the scooters to his pricing John is seriously the best! We rented a scooter for my mother for our Disney trip and it was wonderful. The prices were the best we had found and the scooter was delivered on time and waiting for us. It came with clear instructions on use and care. When we needed to make an extension to our time we called John and he was very helpful and accommodating! We will definitely be using this company for our future trips and definitely suggest it to everyone!

My husband and I flew in from NYC on vacations with my scooter a few days before Christmas. The day before Christmas, also my birthday, my scooter stopped working. I called the NYC office and told me to contact John in Anaheim. It was last minute before his store closed.We drove 2 hours (heavy traffic). We kept telling John we were running late, and with NO HESITATION, he said, NO WORRIES, I WILL WAIT FOR YOU!We got to the store and he GREETED US WITH A HUGE SMILE AND ASSURED US HE WILL DO HIS BEST TO FIX IT!The problem was a little bigger than expected l, so John gave us a replacement scooter so I wouldnt be stranded.Guess what?! John worked all Christmas eve and part of Christmas day and gave me my scooter back!!John, I CANT THANK YOU ENOUGH!! YOU HAVE A HEART OF GOLD, and the COMPASSION HE SHOWED US, moved me to tears.Please please if you have ANY PROBLEM WITH YOUR SCOOTER DONT HESITATE and call John!! The manager of this store is very kind and attentive. He has so much compassion for people with disabilities and thats what it should be coz its hard for disabled people to move and even to find good customer service nowadays where there are new hotel policies and rules to follow. Cant thank John enough for the wonderful customer service. Not only was this the cheapest place to rent from, but it also has great customer service! John was always quick to respond to me when I had a question. The scooter was pretty great too. I used it all day, charged it at night while we slept, then used it all day again and it did great. I never once ran out of battery or even came close to doing so. We have rented from Apple twice now and we LOVE them! The scooters and the employees are awesome! We wont rent from anyone else! My kids and I love Disneyland and I are annual pass holders. I also have a permanent ankle injury that makes every step feel like my bones are crunching together, so for years I would come to the park and suffer through the day. I was stubborn and didnt want to use a wheel chair or scooter. The first time I rented a scooter at the park it literally was like the Hallelujah chorus started playing. It made my time at Disneyland so much more enjoyable. However at 70 dollars a pop (50 plus 20 deposit) it ads up quick. Plus it is limited. You can only use the scooter at the parks. If you want to go explore Downtown Disney or the hotels, you are on your own. I noticed people riding different rental scooters around and decided to do some research. They were several scooter rental business options to choose from. After studying them I decided to go with Apple scooters of Anaheim. I decided to go with them for a few reasons. Ease of rental. It was a quick application and easy to navigate. The choices in Scooters. They dont have so many options that your overwhelmed and they explain the features and advantages of the ones they do have. In fact you can simply fill out an application with your weight and needs and they will suggest one. The price is the best I found. As of now, 2018 it is only 35 dollars for 1 day. 60 for 2. 85 for 3 and after 7 days (130) it is 10 dollars a day. The scooters are new and easy to maneuver. The charging pack is located in the back and in my experience only needs to be charged at night after a full day of use. The scooters have a speed control dial and on the handle bars you simply squeeze the handles to go forward or pull them back to reverse. Apple Scooters deliver and pick up your rental scooter to your Disneyland area hotel for free, and leave with them with the front desk or bell captian so you can pick it up from them are your convenience. My favorite part is you can customize your hours. Arriving mid afternoon? Rent noon to 11am the next day. I have now rented a scooter from them 3 times and will continue to do so. Its easy and makes your visit much more enjoyable.

This company was so easy to work with. From registration to drop off, everything was seamless. The scooter itself was fantastic at a great price. In 3 days it lasted over 10 hours each day. Highly recommended!!!

I rented a scooter for a convention at the Anaheim Convention Center and a trip to Disneyland. It was dropped off at my area hotel as ordered and was fully charged on arrival. I charged it every night as instructed, used it all day long, and the lights always stayed green. It was easy to use and had good speed on open sidewalks and crosswalks. The rate was more reasonable than the other companies I checked. I even called John and extended my reservation for one more day!

John of apple scooter store is just amazing! He truly cares for first his customers and their well being and of that of the company.I stayed at a hotel a few miles away from the park and John and his team would meet me daily close to the park with a fully charged scooter and then when I was done for the day they set up a drop off location for me. Just to repeat for the next few days of my trip.Lastly apple scooter has much more comfortable and faster scooter than that of Disney park at a much lower cost. You can not find a scooter cheaper better and customer service as great as that of John and apple scooter anywhere in Anaheim.

Renting was easy and reasonably priced. It was so convenient to have the scooter dropped off at our hotel for us and picked up in check out day. John was wonderful and accommodating when we needed to keep the scooter an hour or so longer than scheduled pick up time. We will always use Apple scooter when we are in Anaheim.

John is great. Every time we go to Disneyland we use his services for both stroller and mobility scooter. Hes accessible via cell phone text or call. Hes flexible, reliable, and professional. His strollers and mobility scooters are good quality. He warned me that the scooter would only last 8 hours and I was able to get a good 8-12hrs out of them every day charging overnight. Disneyland will also charge it for you if you need to take a break while at Disneyland and want to charge it.BE AWARE: Disneyland resorts have implemented a meet and greet policy for drop off and pick up of rentals which includes the ones from Apple Scooter. So be prepared to work with John and setup a meetup to get the equipment and pick it up between 9am -2pm. Its not a biggy but just plan ahead!

My husband broke his leg 3 months before our Disneyland vacation and we used Apple Scooter for the week. We worked with the owner John and he was very friendly and attentive. The hotel no longer allows outside scooter rentals to be left at the bell desk unless you pay a $45 fee so he met us at the front entrance at the time we needed at no extra charge and was so kind and helpful. He went over the operating instructions and just seemed happy to be helping. On our last day he arranged for a pickup time that worked for us again and allowed us to have an extra full day at the park. I don’t know what we would’ve done without it! I will definitely use them again in the future and recommend them to anyone!

Apple scooter under new management. I rented two scooters from John in Anaheim. We arrived at the hotel to find out one of the scooters hadn’t been delivered. But after a quick phone call to John, he had a second scooter delivered in minutes.During our second day the scooter named “Cindy” was giving us a bit of an issue not keeping its charge. So I contacted John and asked if there was any way possible to swap that one out. He said it wouldn’t be a problem and we could have “Cindy” switched for a new one.The scooters “Agatha” and “Jan” were lifesavers during our trip for my parents. Both scooters worked wonderfully. They were both used the entire day at both the parks and downtown Disney. We didn’t have to charge either scooter during the day (only at night when we returned to the hotel).John went out of his way in providing great customer service. It was easy to contact John by phone and he was easily available to answer my questions or concerns prior to and during my visit to Disneyland.

We rented a scooter for 3 days for our Disneyland trip. When we arrived at the hotel the scooter was there. No problems at all with the scooter. The cost is reasonable. I couldn’t of stayed in the parks without the use of the scooter. On our last day there I called and asked if we could keep the scooter an additional 4 hours. Spoke to John and my request was granted with no additional late fee. Thank you! Apple Scooter was recommended to me by a friend. She was right. The price was right and the service great. The scooter rental from apple scooter was seem less. The morning of the start of the rental, John reached out and let me know the scooter was on its way. The scooter appeared in the lobby of our hotel and we were off to Disneyland. The scooter worked flawlessly during our 3 days in the park. We ended up needing the scooter an extra 12 hours and just a simple text message to John later, it was no problem extending our rental.

We had a 3 day electric scooter rental for Disneyland for my wife and we were supposed to have it back for pickup by 8 pm on the third day, but then decided we wanted to stay for the parade. A quick phone call to the scooter man and we were set, no problem, no late fee! I have been using Apple Scooter for years. The scooters may not be brand new but the customer service is outstanding. My last visit to Disneyland (Anaheim) was from 11 AM Friday through Sunday 12:30PM. My scooter was waiting for me at my hotel when I arrived. Lionel text me to tell me it was delivered. We went to Disneyland, the Cheesecake Factory and back to Disneyland. The scooter worked great. It rained off and on, on Saturday (they gave me a bag to cover the scooter while it sat when I was on rides. I left the bag on the whole time and had a poncho for me and the seat. I was late bringing the scooter back to the hotel because of the rain. They were so understanding about me bringing it back 15 minutes late. Best Scooter rental ever. They have never let me down. I had searched the internet and compared prices and Apple Scooter seemed to be the best option. I was amazed by the outstanding service I received this past week. My scooter was waiting for me at our hotel. It had been delivered the night before. I had a battery issue with my scooter on the first day. I called multiple times for help with no answer but realized i was calling the # I had made the reservation thru. Had i read the flyer in the basket, I would have had Johns # with immediate answer. When I was able to call John he had an immediate solution. It was that simple. And when finished I just returned it to the bell service and they picked it up. More than pleased with service and performance!A couple weeks before my trip while reserving a scooter, I had to call to find out why the online form wouldnt continue. Now I have to admit that I had to find another number to call but got through to John. He was as nice as could be and took me through the whole process and it not only worked but I found what omissions I made. Then he asked me a few questions which ended up getting me the right scooter. In the course of our conversation I told John that we would be in late morning on 10/13 and I wanted to rent from 10/14 to around 4:00 10/25. He then said Ill tell you what Ill do. I can send a scooter to your hotel at around 3:00 PM Saturday (10/13) no extra charge. This was 100% his Idea!Hotel Indigo was very accommodating, having experienced this type of thing frequently, telling me what to expect when the scooter arrived.The scooter arrived just as stated. It was plugged in and fully charged. Had a tag on the key with my name on it. I drove it to the park every morning and back to the hotel every night with the charge indicator lights always at full at the end of the day. I got up Thursday morning and found that I forgot to charge it that night. I still drove to the park ( all the lights were green when I started!). I drove it around until the lights went to the last yellow, about 3:00. So we decided to catch the ART back to the hotel. I barely made it to the bus stop. I had to push it on to the bus( I did get some help. People are generally nice if you let them!) By the time the bus got back to the hotel, the battery revived enough to get the scooter back to the hotel.Everything went just as expected, except for my charging mistake. If this is normal, then he has my business and recommendation to whoever wants this type of service.PS My scooters name was Becky!

Upon a family recommendation we went with outside scooter rental company vs. Renting one at disnelyland. Had the scooter delivered to the hotel across the street and they also picked it up without any issues. Overall great experience.

I rented an Apple scooter a few months ago while at Disneyland and it was much better than the ones Disneyland rents. Disneyland has altered theirs so they’re slower and while that may good for some people that’s not good for me. I usually go with very fast walkers and I need a scooter that can keep up with their pace. These scooters have that ability and another plus is they’re less expensive! I’ll rent from them every time I’m there. John offers the very best in customer service as well. You can’t ask for more. 100% customer satisfaction!!

I just returned from Disneyland Thursday and this was my first time using Apple Scooter and a scooter for getting around the hotel and parks. Apple Scooter website was very easy to use to make my reservation and the customer service staff was so helpful on the phone when I called to confirm everything. The rental scooter I received from Apple Scooter worked perfectly during our three day Disney vacation. It was a nice touch to have our scooter dropped off and picked up right from the hotel we stayed at. The battery lasted all day with room to spare. The ECV we rented from Disney the first day barely keeps up with walking traffic. Plus it is twice the cost. Do yourself a favor and rent from Apple for your mobility needs.

Apple Scooter and in particular John were fantastic. This is our 2nd time renting from Apple Scooter and again we were not disappointed. The scooters were in wonderful condition, clean and working perfectly. John went out of his way to accommodate our needs and made our visit to Disneyland extra special.

John was awesome!!I didnt have a reservation and needed a scooter, he told me that he didnt have one but he would try to locate one for me from one of his competitors. And he did!! Now thats going above and beyond!! Use this company!!

I highly recommend, Apple Scooters of Anaheim! The wheelchair was in great shape, and their service was fantastic! They were professional, kind and prompt with the delivery. They brought it right to the hotel.We will definitely use them again...and again!

We always use Apple Scooter. Best service John and team are extremely nice and always make sure scooters are charged and clean. We usually close the parks and scooters last the entire time.

Apple ScootersThis will be the 3rd time my family has used these scooters when we got to Disneyland. The company is very friendly. The scooters are great and helpful. We are glad to be using them again for our trip.

The scooter was waiting for me at my hotel when I arrived fully charged Saturday. I went to Disneyland Sunday and Monday and I didnt have to charge it once. The light stayed on green my whole trip. I took it back to the hotel office Monday night and they picked up Tuesday. So easy, no worries and I will be sure to use them anytime I am on a Disneyland trip.

We used one of their scooters for our trip to Disneyland in 2018. The scooter was delivered to our rental and we had no problems with it at all. It was a life saver for me with my neuropathy and allowed me to be in the park all day with my four young kids. We will be going again next month and will rent from Apple! Thank you!

I was there in September of 2015, rented a scooter for 5 days. It was waiting for us at the hotel when we requested. You can go 2 days without charging it, but I dont recommend it. The end of the second day, we had to push it back to the hotel, but that was our own fault. If you just plug it in when you get back, it will be ready for you in the morning and will go all day no problem. I highly recommend this company. And they are far cheaper than other companies I looked at.

Great customer service. They where very accommodating. Scooter worked great. Have rented from them several times and will rent from them again. I would also refer them.

Scooters were the best price of any that I found, also came with free insurance which was a plus. Reservation and address were confirmed before my arrival, and the scooter was delivered on time and fully charged.

This gentlemans altitude is amazing I wish Disney could take some examples from him.amd apply it to their service. His prices are half what you pay at Disneyland and his customer service is on par with a 5 star resorts. Highly recommended enjoy (Moana) YOUR WELCOME!!!
