I am writing this review to say how impressed I am with Cindee & Michaels performance selling my home. From the first moment I began interviewing agents, it was clear how Cindee & Michael are different than the others I interviewed. They not only have a great marketing plan and tons of experience but they really were genuinely interested in making sure I had a pleasant experience as I looked to sell my home and make a move out of state to be closer to family. They had an exact plan for how they were going to bring my home to market. They held two open houses a few days after my home came to market and by the end of the weekend they had close to a dozen offers on my home. Even more impressive, they were able to bid the home a substantial amount over asking and well over what I imagined my home could sell for. The escrow process was smooth and successful.
