I visited Chest and Critical Care Consultants #207, Rosie at the front desk was very happy and welcoming. Smile from ear to ear. Rosie sent me upstairs to #710 where I met Silvia. Silvia was very helpful and knowledgeable with a friendly smile.

Referred to this office due to my recent asthma & difficulty to breath. I have trouble breathing, wheezing all day and cant breathe at all after a cough attack. they said, well contact you in 2 months. so basically, just die is how I took their response. amazed.

This THE WORST doctor’s office I have dealt with. They don’t have appointments before two months each time you contact.You get put on indefinite hold every time you call, so contacting the office is impossible.They call at the last minute for rescheduling and it’s you know two months out.

One star for the PA Zohrei for always being professional and courteous. 90% of the nursing and office staff they have up front are RUDE and have so much attitude that they act as if they’re doing you a favor by speaking with you. Do not recommend unless they change up their whole front staff with people who know what being a CAREtaker means.

I had a lung collapse when I was flying to Chicago and I ended up in the hospital and had 4 surgeries, when I came back to California Ive tried to get hold of their office to see if they got my medical records from Chicago and to make an appointment to see my doctor, ALL THEY DID WAS TO TRANSFER ME TO A VOICE MAIL AND NO ONE EVER RETURNED MY PHONE CALLS. Their patients care is the worst specially that the doctor in Chicago told me that I might have a second lung collapse any time. THEY ARE NOT HUMAN BEINGS AND THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THEIR PATIENTS AT ALL. ILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE TO ANYONE. THEY ARE THE WORST, EITHER THEY ARE STUPID OR RACIST 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
