Comfortable spa chairs and clean restroom. Safety and social distancing protocols in place. Reasonably priced and great service and options. Best to make an appointment and always worth the wait.

I go here all the time for my nails and feet, and Tou is great!! Today I brought my father and my special needs brother, for a pedicure and manicure, and they loved it! Highly recommended! 😊

Love the experience every time

First I would like to start off by saying I have no clue, no idea as to how this place has a 4.1 rating with the kind of work that they do. It is a very unsanitary place, they rush through everything and don’t take the time to actually do their job. My nails were painted as though by a kindergartner. Please do not go to this place I don’t know how they managed to make all those fake accounts to have those reviews and ratings but definitely does not warrant even one star.

I really could not ask for anything else form Queen Nails. I am very happy that I waited, the pink and white fill was great! Also they have amazing gals here! They are just wonderful and well trained. I already book an appointment I cant wait to get my deluxe spa pedicure!

Horrible experience. Saw some good reviews online thought I’d give it a shot. A man did my nails and by the time I had drove home I noticed what was wrong with them: uneven paint/acrylic, my right had is better than my left, I’ve got diamonds on each ring finger and by the time he switched to the left hand you could tell he was irritated so just put them all on their and moved em around so they weren’t overlapping each other and called it good, not straight, each nail is not the same as the other(different lengths/height)50$ later with a 10$ tip not worth it at all!

Excellent gel manicure and they were very courteous. The salon itself was organized and the price was definitely worth it. Highly recommend!

I got lash extensions because I saw another customer leave and thought it looked good. Unfortunately Lanie who does lashes does not know what she’s doing. She glued thick unnatural looking mink lashes to my skin. They were stiff and hurt to touch them. As the days progressed it got worse because the very strong glue that she put on my eye lid (very sensitive skin) started to pull my skin as my natural lashes grew. She said the pain will go away in a few days. Obviously not a new experience for her. I only got relief once the lashes fell off. After 6 months I went to an esthetician and I got lashes done again. What a tremendous difference. They are super soft and comfortable. They look full but natural. I found out that you are never supposed to get glue on your skin. The glue is supposed to go only your natural lashes. She’s cheaper than most places but there’s a reason for it. Not to mention she refused to refund my money. Very unprofessional.

The staff was friendly and the salon was clean and nice. I got a spa pedicure and gel manicure. Immediately after leaving I noticed lumps in my nail polish and it has not even been a week and the gel is already chipping. I will never go here again, to pay over $50 and have it not even last a week is ridiculous.

The salon is very clean and cozy. The staff is so friendly and take time to ensure a quality job. The pricing is fair.

Queen nails is pretty over priced to get your nails done. My fiancé went there to get her nails done and they charged her way too much. When she wanted to get a spa pedicure they were trying to charge more for a callus removal when shes never been charged for that at other salons. Dont get the guy, he doesnt do a good job and he hurts you.

TERRIBLEJIM was my nail tech and although he did try to accommodate to my desires, hes just not good at doing acrylics. None of my fingers match each other and he left literally ALL of my nails uneaven so the coat looks really bad and I literally had to beg him to thin out the acrylics because they were so thick and he kept disputing me. I couldnt tell how bad they looked until I stepped outside and upon closer inspection. I went back inside for a refund. The main lady w the short hair told me shed take them off and then give me a refund, but then Jim comes over and gets argumentative with me. I had to leave to work so I couldnt stay and keep arguing and they DID NOT refund my money which was $40. I had to call my bank to dispute. Dont waste your money on a bad job!
