Gabriel was very professional and friendly. He explains the process so you can understand how the treatment works. I have recommended this service to our neighbors. We have had the initial treatment and first quarterly one. So far we are very pleased with them.

We have been using Preventative Pest Control for years. They have great customer service and reps that come out and take care of our spraying and inspections. They are always considerate of our time and ask what our needs are each quarter they come.

I have pest control come out every other month to keep the ants & cockroaches away from the base of the house. They are reasonable and I don’t have to have a contract with them. The only thing I don’t like is that they have a big turnover and I very seldom get the same person twice. Which means I must be here to show them what I want done each time.

Have been using Preventive Pest Control for more than 15 years and they have never let us down. When we first moved in the ant problem was bad. PPC managed it quickly. I can’t remember the last time I saw an ant in the house. All chemicals are friendly to our dogs.Great job.

The technician Jovani telephoned when he was about 15 minutes outgiving me time of kennel the dog and open the gate. He was thorough,efficient, and polite.

The company staff takes great measures in approaching the property and making sure they use precautions measures due to covid -19.But I noticed they need to take the time in spraying and cover the complete premises and also ask if the customer wants them to spray inside.

I don’t write reviews but I had to for Gabe! He is the best exterminator and provided by far the best customer service. I have a phobia for ants and he listened to my concerns and how bad I get when I see ants. He assured me he would fumigate thoroughly and ensure I can sleep at night. We have them come every other month. They spray the inside and outside of our home to prevent spiders. The customer service by the office staff is amazing. I wish the servicemen would communicate better before leaving my property. I have had to call them back twice to get spots they missed. They leave without saying anything. I like the fact that heIs very experienced. Also gave me some little ant traps for myKitchen and bathroom counters since they don’t spray those areas.One day later and I have not seen one ant or spider. Also,No longer have to be worried about a wasp sting.I’m happy to refer this service.

I found Preventitive Pest Control on Facebook and thought I would give them a try. I was pleasantly surprised, they have serviced my home on four occasions already. They come every two months and I have had no problems even during the rain. I highly recommend Preventitive Pest Control.

Owner “Stu” took my call late in the day and I explained that I was helping my elderly aunt, who had advised me that she had rats inside her home. Note: I had called another pest company earlier that day and their employee conducted an inspection and quoted us $900. Stu told me that the quote sounded high but he would come out “that same day” to inspect. I believe Stu empathized with my situation and wanted to see what he could do to help my aunt.Stu came out, conducted a thorough inspection, completed the work, and charged my aunt $250! I demanded he give me extra business cards so I could pass them out to my six older sisters...

Moved into a new place and there were ants everywhere. Not a ton of them but enough just randomly all over the house. We used baits and spray but there would always still be a few crawling up random walls. I contacted 2 other pest control companies to get quotes and preventive pest was the most competitively priced. They came on time and was professional and thorough but also quick. I haven’t seen one ant over this weekend which is HUGE. Definitely price out with different companies but we are happy with the level of service and price.

Joseph treated the outside and sprayed the inside for pests. As he cannot set mouse traps inside the house, he left glue strips behind for us to set. He was very polite and courteous.I’m not thrilled that the bi-monthly service for a 1350 sq ft townhouse costs the same as the service for our 2,100 sq ft single family house but I like working with Jesse and the team at Preventive Pest.

This is the type of business that operates with great concern for their customers. My parents have been long-time 10+ year customers of theirs and when we moved into the same neighborhood, my mother vehemently recommended them. Now I see why. They are highly responsive (love that I can text them), fair-priced, and EDUCATING. This is such an important aspect to me as I want to be made aware of concerns, hazards while also not overreacting. I called on Monday and a next day first appointment was available thankfully. Michael came out and walked me through all processes to address the main problems which are ants and mice. He gave great advice too. We’re only one day past first service but feeling really confident our pest woes are going to resolve!

Michael blocked the bottom of the line set and patched holes in the cement pad under my A/C to stop rodents from nesting there.It worked.

We have used pest service at this property since it was built and Preventative Pest Control for last 8 years, they are consistent and if you ever have an issue inside they will come do your interior at no extra charge. As a result we have no cockroach or spider issues. Silverfish on occasion which is when I request an interior treatment. Highly recommend this company and their employees.

Jesse from Preventative Pest Control came out inspected my home and explained what he was looking for and what I should be looking for. In the end he didn’t find any signs of termites and did not find any other issues. He did not try to sell me on anything I didn’t need and just said if I ever did have an issue to contact him. He was very professional and knew what he was doing. I would definitely reach back out if I had any issues in the future

We have used Preventive Pest Control (PPC) for 17 years and are very happy with their service. Their products are pet-friendly, which is most important to us. They do a great job of getting rid of ants in the house. Outside, they do a good job with ants and spiders, and when ants are particularly plentiful, they come back for free to respray. PPC has also helped us get rid of moles, and provides free rat traps, which we have used a few times. We have just started their mosquito traps, so I dont know how well they will work. We highly recommend PPC.

Gabe our technician is amazing and a really nice man too. He is very thorough, he always checks for problem areas before he services our property. On our last service I saw just a few ants inside, Gabe came in and checked the area, then sprayed outside by that area a little more heavy. He gave me traps before he left and said to be sure to call him if I still had problems and he would come back for a free inside service. We’ve had 3 different technicians over the years we’ve been with Preventive. They have all been wonderful, nice and professional.

I was worried about the large number of black widow spiders we had, which seemed to be drawn to nest in the baby chairs and swing in the back yard. I called Preventative Pest Control for a one-time spray last year when I was having some issues with ants last summer. The ant issue was resolved almost instantly within a few days and the ants didn’t return for the rest of the summer. I had such a great experience, I called and scheduled another one-time spray this year before experiencing any issues, the service technician was prompt, on time, friendly and professional. He wore shoe covers in the home and was very courteous the entire time, he also sprayed the garage and the patio area.
