Hi..Please fired yr Machine s , everytime I wasted around 4.00 dlls tx

Worst laundrymat around hardly any washer works and now my clothes are locked in a washer and no one here to help me get them out

Only reason for the one star I because they dont let you rate it without any . Horrible experience machines dont work every other one does . Horrible plumbing no hot water false advertisement has no one working In store owner denied owning the shop when customer asked for a refund on broken machine and said she owned another business from the shopping center but questioned a customer about him using sink and what he was doing. Nice calm place and reasonable price and plenty space to fold cloths.

This place used to be good about 2 years ago. This place is now a dump. The majority of the machines are out of order, loud annoying country music, huge roaches, and the last but not least, so many mosquitos are now flying and I was bitten by them. I will be putting a complaint with the BBB. ZERO STARS IF POSSIBLE!!

Nice laundromat, its usually quiet and reasonably priced...its nice because the back door lets air flow through the place , fresh cool air👌🏼🤙🏼🙏🏻

Don’t come here please there’s so much mosquitos!!! Like it’s not clean at all and when I went there was no one there because of this. They all left. I regret washing my clothes that I wear in my body here. And when I went to go tell the person in charge no one opened. SO WASH YOUR CLOTHES AND BE HERE AG YOUR OWN RISK YOU NEVER KNOW WHAT THESE MOSQUITOES CARRY!!!

Went to do a few loads and my 6 year old son had to go to the potty. I just saw the worker lock the bathroom door when i called out to her, she said it was for customers only. I said i am a customer and he has to go real bad, by this time he was trying to hold it but had crossed legs... i said to her to unlock the door or hes going to pee on the floor. She then said she didnt have the key (lie) she pointed to the owner inside the office door who was on the phone and waved me off. By this time my poor son was crying and lost it on the floor. The owner continued to ignore me and would not even look me in the face although i repeatedly asked are you the owner and are you ignoring me? As i had no other option at the time and my son covered in urine, i had to use his machines to get my son cleaned up and left. The machines work good but the people do not. After they saw me loading the dirty clothes in the wash, the owner came over and said we could use the bathroom. No apology to me or my son, no concern for his embarressment. So machines work, but the staff is useless and cold.

I dont recommend this place..I cant speak with somebody if you have a problem with thier machines, I dont know who to talk to if you want your money back because the machine is not working. some machine are not working but they dont put any signs on it and worst thing is this place is a playground for mosquitos..😡

Not usually crowded and lots of machines

The last three times I came here there was absolutely NO hot water. That means no hot, no warm only cold. I left messages at both the numbers posted on the office door every time I went but the problem is still not fixed.

Sometimes you have to be careful with the floors being slippery and sometimes runs out of paper towels and sinkwater.

Rosie, the operator is very sweet. The machines are clean and there are plenty of baskets.

I found this place to have the best prices, it was very clean, and the lady who owns this place, happened to be there when I was doing my laundry. She said hello and asked me how I was doing. She was very nice and showed genuine concern for her customers. The only reason I didnt give it 5 stars is because its not open 24 hours.With prices starting at $1.75 to wash and it only takes 1 quarter to start the dryers, you wont find anything as affordable and as high quality as this place. The vending machine items are $0.85 on average, another excellent feature. Other places charge up to $2.00 for a can of soda or bag of chips. Regarding those other reviews, I doubt if it was under the same ownership when those people had their experiences- mine was quite the opposite.This is my second visit to this laundromat today is Friday April 14th my last review was about six weeks ago I couldnt find another place to leave a separate II review so Im editing the first review to leave 2 reviewsapril 14th 2017 I experienced the most Stellar service from the owner and the employees they were so super nice to me- Im not even kidding they helped me with everything pretty much they helped me load my clothes into the bags and into my car - its super clean and the place is safe the snacks are not overpriced the laundry is not overpriced either its only $0.25 to dry. I recommend this place for cleanliness and Stellar customer service.

Horrible place to go too.!!! Left my clothes soaking wet.! Still a huge water puddle in the washer. Dont come here.!

The machines are awful my clothes were for 3:00 washing itself and the machine did not stop and the phone numbers nobody answers to others there is no one there to help you
