With our old web chat software, we were getting 1-2 chats per week. Now we get 5-6 per day and our clients love that well text them rather than sit on the website and wait for an answer. The best part is, we dont have to answer 80% of them because Robin (the A.I. software) does it from the FAQs we created on the platform. I cant say enough great things about it! Were going to be signing up on our other businesses too.
