5 STAR SERVICE!!! I worked with the owner, Vince, after a small kitchen fire. He and his team are fabulous!!!! I am using them again for future projects. They remodeled my kitchen, master bath and replaced the wood floors. The house looks stunning and I have received a plethora of compliments!!! In fact, I was able to sell the house in 2 DAYS after I completed the remodel.Vince is extremely professional, quick to respond and pays great attention to detail. I appreciate his hard work on my projects!!! Dont hesitate to work with this company! They do a fabulous job!

We hired them per insurance recommendation 3 months ago. We’re still waiting for them come cleanupWe had a water leak in the kids room. Protech was one of the companies listed by insurance.Jeremy came right away and acted like he had our best interest but he turned out to be a con artist.Protech team constantly lies and goes MIA for weeks except when they want money. It’s been months and they haven’t even assigned a project manager.Worst part is, they quoted the project really low to the insurance company just to get the business; the amount approved was so low that no one else would do the work.

Said they will be done on the 20th of Oct and they are far from being done. Lack of communication between subs and poor scheduling. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Hands down the best contractor out there! Vince and his team were reliable, professional and got the job done beautifully. Every contractor showed up when expected and did an excellent job. They made a large project stress free. JJ, our Project Manager, was such a gentleman and got the job done with a smile and ease.

In October 2018, our roof leaked during a heavy rain storm. We called our home owners insurance at midnight to let them know that our dinning room and bedroom walls and ceilings were bubbled with water and the ceilings were leaking heavily. Protech Construction came out next morning before 8:00 AM and immediately drained the roof and brought in two machines that removed all the moisture in each room. After two days the moisture from the carpet and walls were completely dry. Protech took control and began to demo the walls and ceilings and flooring, then began to repair all the damage. We never had to worry about anything. They informed us on a daily basis what would take place and they followed through. We were completely surprised how efficient they planned and worked. They moved our furniture into storage and brought everything back and put everything back in place. Unbelievable. We never had to lift a finger. The completed work was professionally done. We are exceptionally happy and satisfied with their work. Cant thank them enough!!

We recently used Protech for a forced renovation project we had due to water damage. They had wonderful customer service and Vince the owner was on top of our project and worked quickly to remediate any issues or questions that arose along the way. He also helped keep our project on schedule. We are very happy with our renovations and would recommend Protech in the future.

I contracted with Protech in January for a water damage Insurane Claim and they have been wonderful to work with all along and just as we were coming to a close and could move back into our home, our home caught fire. The first call we made was 911 and the second was to Protech. When I arrived on site, I was met with five Fire Engines, about 25 Angels in Firegear battling the flames and Rudy from Protech had beat me to the house and welcomed me with a big hug and tons of encouragement, he assured me that once the Fire Department released the house, he would make sure the property would be secured, boarded up and fenced off. In a couple of hours, I had atleast six or seven Protech trucks on site with all the materials needed to secure my home. The crew went right into work mode and I have never seen so many people work so fluidly together, they are skilled at what they do and we are forever greatful to all of the guys who were on site that fateful day. At the end of the day, we had Eric,our Project Specifier show up and he was so kind to us and assure us that things will work out and told us what our next steps would be, so we could try to find some peace of mind. The last person to leave our home, even after we had left was Rudy, first on the scene and last leave and as we left, he had a broom in his hand sweeping up all the charred wood and debris from around my home and backyard, so my barnyard pets would be safe until we could secure a location for them.I cant say enough about the people I have met from Protech, even Ally in the office is such a sweetheart and so professional, everyone has just been a pleasure to know and they are amazing at every aspect of what they do!.

Protech did a great job repairing our home after a water leak - they dried everything out and made the drywall repairs quickly with very little disruption to our lives. The testing and abatement of asbestos went well also, meaning they managed the subcontractors without any hiccups. No problems at all. Id definitely recommend them.

Our ceiling was near collapse from a pipe leak, and our insurance provider referred us to their preferred contracting company: ProTech. They came to our house one day later to assess the damage! They were professional and efficient. No hassle. No problem. Fixed. If anything gets wonky at the homestead, ProTech will be our first call.
