Amazing Auto Spa ! Place super nice and for the Price they killed it !! My truck needed it badly after 2700 miles on the road ..On a bad and uncomfortable moment ...I had zero cash on me for a tip and worker didnt know I spoke Spanish and said some not too kind words to his Co worker .. believe me I felt bad and was planning gbto take care of him on the next one .. Sorry Buddy but dont be so disappointed.. 🤷

Avoid!!! Been sitting here for an hour and still not sure when my car will be done. The DMV gets people through faster than this place. My car had been washed but it’s sitting in the sun drying and getting water spots with nobody to dry it off. I’m ready to grab a towel and finish the job myself. Gas station drive thru car wash does a better job.

Wonderful job, price continues to increase everytime I go. I guess you get what you pay for.

Do not go here. The quality is normal but will take an hour. Truck was driven up with no one in front of me and it took 25 minutes to get it to the wash. Management is useless and basically is proud that it takes an hour. Avoid unless you time to waste for average quality results. $29.99 for Tacoma by the way.

No gas here anymore, but fantastic car wash, with great attention to finish. Theyll make your car sparkle! Worth the slightly higher price and they are faster than others Ive tried in this area.

It was a excellent visit they have dedicated employees working there. The cashier inside especially is a very dedicated employee because i accidentally left my phone in the restroom and she came directly to me and asked if I have my phone on me and I looked and I said no I must have left it in the bathroom and she said asked me anything specific on the phone.or anything and I described it so she said here you go.There are still good people in the world.

I wasa long time customer but not anymore. They significantly raised their prices and did the worst job yet. They didn’t wipe down the seats, cup holders and the vacuum job was terrible. I definitely won’t be going there again.

They take their time on my vehicles. I live in Riverside, I go there,because, they do good work. Ive never left unsatisfied. Kudos to the staff. I always get the summit special. We have black vehicles, leave shinny.

Great wash. Service was a tad slow and for some reason the person that washed my car parked it across the street after it was done.He claimed that he called me. I watched him wash it. He never called. Immediately after finishing he hopped in my car and drove away. Odd. Plenty of room for the non-existent cars behind mine.So, besides the long walk to pick up my car, it was a great looking wash for the price.

Save your money. Go somewhere else. You can get more cleaning done at a drive-through car wash. They rushed me through to the vacuum line and didn’t even vacuum the trunk. Unless you’re willing to pay close to $100 per wash they’re not really going to clean your car. If you want your trunk vacuumed make sure that you open your trunk when you leave your home.

Been going here the course of a year(live near by)Some guys do a okay job and some do horrible. Don’t even bother cleaning the back even though I purchase there best package which includes the entire car inside/out. Guys there are usually pretty rude and try and say stuff under there breath. Don’t waste time or money.

The quality isnt bad, but they take FOREVER to do it. I waited 1 hr and 30 minutes. Also, the customer service isnt the best. The prices are in the mid-to-high range.

My wife and I use this car wash on a regular basis. We have always had good results. They take the time to do a thorough job. I recently took my truck there. It had sap on the windshield that had been there for months and would not come off after several drive through car washes. I was happy to see that they took the time to get it off. We will continue to use Canyon Car Wash.

Wont say it wasnt pricey, but my 06 Mazda had been driven all summer by a friend for Lyft and when I got it back she wasnt looking so hot. The inside was pretty filthy and did not smell very good. Two hours at this place and shes gleaming and smells great inside again. Probably cleaner than when I bought it. Very pleased.

Friendly people nice place to go. I had them do the 40.00 package on my car they did a good job. I wish they paid just a little more attention to detail. There was still dirt next to my parking break and the front part of my side view mirror did not get clean. I did not notice until I was gone.

I’m not normally one to complain. This is the first review I have written, so hopefully it’s helpful. I came here specially to get the inside of my car washed. When my car was sent through the wash, my custom license plates (somewhat flimsy metal) were completely bent to a 90* angle. They told me that there was nothing they could do. They didn’t apologize, offer coupons, or offer to try and fix it. Then exactly 6 minutes later they told me my car was ready and they had not gone over the interior at all, in fact there was more dirt then when it came in(dirt smudges on the seat that weren’t there). I asked someone else to wipe the interior of my car and they came over and took less than a minute to use a dirty rag to wipe over the seats and doors. Overall, the customer service was unbelievably terrible and the overall result was mediocre at best.

Fast and friendly. The girl behind the counter took time out to show me all my options and made the visit that much more easy. My car looks awesome inside and out! Thanks guys!

I really want to try this car wash place long time ago.Im so disappointed!!! It’s not a very cheap place ,so l was very excited,,,,they did a horrible job.l needed wipe down my car inside-outside.l never going back

They do excellent work at reasonable prices. Paid $50 for wash and hand wax on my Chevy truck very pleased.

Only place we take our cars. Very nice location and all the staff is nice and helpful. They collect your license plate number in their system and your 10th wash is free.If they miss a spot just let them know. Its 100 degrees out and these guys are working hard. At least a $5 tip every time and when we bring our truck $8 to $10.

The guys did a great job. Grandpa keeps them young whipper snappers in check...making sure everyone is doing their jobs and doing it well. We will Def be back!

Ive had my car detailed here several times and am always very satisfied with their work, but I just had a rock chip repaired and I am super happy! I cant even see where it was! Highly recommend them!

Terrible customer service! I dropped my car off and was informed my car would be ready in about 40 mins. I work in the area so I gave it an hour, they seemed pretty busy. Upon returning I noticed that my car was done however, all the lights were on in my car. Upon further investigation the manager and I notice one of the doors had not been shut, thus leaving my car unlocked and all of the interior lights on while it sat there. The manager offered no initial apology. He said he didnt know who had my car so he could not say anything but it should be fine. This is not how you conduct business and I will be sure to let my colleagues know.

They do a very good job overall

I purchased a pre-paid card with 5 washes. On three separate occasions the front of the card showed I still had washes remaining yet the cashier said I had used them all. The last straw was this Friday 11/2. My son took my car in before a meeting and again the card showed I had 2 washes remaining yet he was told it had zero. He paid for the wash. And when he was signaled the car was done they couldnt find my key fob. They told him that one of their employees probably left with it when he went for lunch and was asked if he could wait for another 30 minutes for the employee to return. He told them he couldnt because he had a meeting and then he suggested that they try and call him, which they did. The employee returned an hour and 40 minutes later and indeed he had the key fob. No offer of remuneration ( a beverage or free car wash) for his troubles. They didnt seem to care that he was now late for his meeting. There are other hand car wash options available in the area and I will be trying them. Terrible customer service.

Payed for a $21 car wash, immediately noticed tar residue all over the bottom of the car that was not there prior. Upon further inspection, our back hub cap had new damage to it with the paint from one of their curbs rubbed off onto it. Upon confronting their management staff they immediately said it was not possibly them and proceeded to repeat the same excuses without any form of responsibility.Long story short, left a dirty car at the wash and came back to a still dirty, damaged car. Would not recommend to anyone.

Worst experience today. waited over 1hr 45 min just to have car come thru wash. if could have gotten car out would have. i know for fact at least 6 cars maybe more went ahead of me. other customers commented to the fact, and were angry too. pretty much told oh well busy. not ok! no one cared. gal at desk said busy 4 rows . What! and my car still hasnt gone thru. no order no care. asked for refund ,haha not my job!either hire more help or schedule better on weekends.THIS WAS THE MOST RIDICULOUS BUNCH OF EXCUSES ..LACK OF CARE OR CONCERN. OH WELL LOOSE A CUSTOMER, OH WELL WAS ATTITUDE. I AM SURE THIS WILL FALL ON DEAF EARS TOO.

Fast and efficient. A little pricey but they do a good job.

Do a good job. But the small things seems to be missed. For example rear view and side mirrors, wiping dust off the dash and radio. Not very good when it comes to being attention to small detail.

Their hours says they are open till 6 PM. Not true... they do not accept cars past 5:40...

They did a phenomenal job for me. I was aprehensive as Im anal about service work. In the end it was a great job and on this hot day the owner walked out and gave my booty a bottle of water.

Worse customer service. I waited over 5 minutes before someone even walked up to me to ask what I wanted to do. Then, I asked how long it would take and was told 30-40 minutes. That didn’t happen. It took over an hour and half.

They do a ok job on Cars. But for Trucks they skip the roof. I paid to have it detailed w/ wax and they skipped the roof all together. When I confronted the detailer, he said he did it even though it was still wet and dirty. Plus they skipped a few areas that required bending over.If you watch them like a hawk and are ready to call them out. They are not so bad. Just be ready to walk the car with them and point out about 6-12 places they missed or did a bad job.

This is my go to car wash when I am in OC. Always do a great job!

Cleaned the rims on my truck then proceeded to use the same rag to wipe down the truck. 3 deep circle scratches in the paint. Do not go here

I can only say that since it is under new ownership, you give the benefit of the doubt and get your car washed. you will not be disappointed.

$20 for a basic wash is just outrageous. Didnt clean the cupholders, spots left on the windows. Will not be going back.

This is the worst car wash Ive ever patronized. Not because of the quality of the wash (they do a decent job, regular wash). Because the person checking in cars and the owner, are the rudest, most unfriendly people Ive encountered at any car wash. Heaven forbid they could smile and look you in the face. And they dont care? And then some flim-flam man gets in your face about repairing your windshield. Im over them, Ill drive 5 miles out of my waty to get a car wash elsewhere rather than patronioze these rude people again.

Was waiting for my car and never heard anything. Then looked up and saw my car parked over by an orthopedic building, went over and found it unlocked talked to supervisor and he said that is what they do. I will never bring my car here again

Horrible car wash. 1st and last time I go there. after telling them they missed spots they made sarcastic comments in Spanish as they clean.

Did a good job on my Jeep Cherokee but charged me $2 extra because it was an SUV. Seemed a little silly.

Took 2 cars in today - one wax one regular - both cars rims Left dirty- also, ledge for wipers and exhaust pipes on both cars left dirty - also,the lot is so difficult to get in and out of - dropped off 2 cars in a 3rd car - no parking to wait - only one way streets surround this car wash -
