Nothing fancy about this carwash, its pretty run down inside and super empty. Waiting area is sloppy and chairs are old.Business is understaffed, I waited about 45 mins for my car to get washed and dryed. Prices are reasonable. I suggest one tríes out other carwashes in OC!

Warning!! Do NOT bring your vehicle here. They damage vehicles and then deny it, leaving you with damaged property. My less than 500 miles brand new hellcat was taken through the wash and the track that the wheel sits in damaged my wheel. All the manager could do was deny fault. The wheel costs what? 300? Lost a LIFETIME of me, my family and my friends patronage, and best believe Ill be spreading the word.

I cannot believe the amazing work they did for only $30. I was getting a car detailed for a friend who let me borrow it, and when I told them what I wanted done, I couldnt believe the price.Definitely give this place a shot. I doubt youll be disappointed.

Cleaning service was not good. This business is not working well. It seemed very unprofessional. The gentlemen that were working are working hard, but the quality is just not there. For a similar price you can get a much better wash elsewhere.

Pretty pricey but they do a good job.

This place destroyed my car seat. Do not come here. They hire people who have no decency and common sense to do a job right. I asked the Spanish only speaking Miguel, the employee who destroyed my car. He says it was too dark and didnt see. Even though, youre doing it out in the open air, not in a dim enclosure. Fire this guy, pay me for the damages and refund my price and tip I gave.

Just moved to California 2 months ago and I brought my car to this place a few times to get it washed and vacuumed. Everything was perfect up until last week when I took my car in...they STOLE from me! I had my channel perfume (recently bought) sitting in the back seat of my car. I only realized later in the night before going out it wasn’t there. I called the business the next day and the girl questioned me if I’m sure I left it in my car. I explained that I was sure and I felt bad to tell her this because at the end of the day, nothing can be proven. But, I know exactly where it was. Bottom line, they are very good with the service you pay for BUT I would definitely take out any and every valuable item you have before taking it in. Should have done that in the first place but, lesson learned.

The 2 stars are for effort on the drying and finishing end. They did not really vacuum my truck well and I noticed it last time I was here. So I watched them this time. The work was very poor and frankly pretty lazy sorry to say but it’s the same guy every time.. also watches the wash this time and I didn’t see any high pressure water to clean I noticed a hard bristled brush while hosing down for the pre wash. I am definitely going to find a mobile car wash who can take pride in their customers vehicles..

I come here often and have never had a reason to not come back. However, I always feel like they could have done a slightly better job. This seems to be the case at most car washes. Not disappointed at all with the service but if I had the time, I could do a much better job myself.

Paid for the $28-$30 package. The sign advertises hand wash, but I guess that means scrub brushes scratching up your car these days. The guy detailing the interior left streaks of whatever cleaner he was using all over everything. Basically had to go back over the interior myself when I got home. If you have to get a wash, just do the bare bones basic wash and dont let the guy with the long hair and bald spot touch the inside! Beware!

My car was washed by this company today and they left a 7 inch scratch to the leather steering wheel. I noticed immediately and informed the worker. The issue was the worker was wearing a jewelry bracelet and scratched the steering wheel leather when he cleaned the speedometer area. I do not blame the worker. The problem is the management here. They should have a rule that workers not wear jewelry around their wrists or necks.

The price is very reasonable compared to a few others Ive tried. They do a good job washing the car and detailed cleaning. For $19.95 you get your car washed, interior vacuumed, and wiped. The employees and owner and very polite and welcoming.

I went in for a car wash...DO NOT bring your car in....they damaged the rim and denied the whole thing.I have pictures of the vehicle before I left the location. POOR customer service and the men are incapable of providing information on manager and or owner of the car wash.

Very great customer service. I rarely leave any reviews,so this one is special. Car came out looking like it was bought out the dealership. Jose who was cleaning the inside was very honest and great. Me and my boyfriend will becoming here often after many other car washes did a bad job for more money. We will tell people to come here from now on. We will be regular customers from now on. It took 50 min just to get my car in the wash! They only started working on my car AFTER I complained otherwise I have no idea how much longer it would have taken. The manager was not friendly at all when I talked to him about how long the wait was. Then they rushed through my wash doing a very mediocre job! I NEVER complain about services anywhere because Im genuinely not picky but this was terrible. Avoid this place!

Good value for the price paid. Have never really been disappointed. I knocked a star as recently they have been understaffed causing longer than normal wait times. We are returning customers and will update the star knocked when staff returns to full capacity

We got here just before they closed (the chain was up) as we had to clean our car before returning it to the rental company. They opened up just for us. We wanted just a basic wash and vacuum which they started straight away. We went in to pay and I found that I had left my wallet at the hotel. The manager kindly said that we could have it on the house. Everyone was very friendly and they did a great job on our car. I cant praise them highly enough.

Expensive and had me waiting forever for my car wash. Went there on a Sunday morning around 9 and didnt get out till 1100!!!! My car was just sitting for over 40 mins without them starting. And dont get me started on the lack of customer service from the guy working the counter... Im done

The cashier seemed like the only friendly staff. Honestly if Id known that the washers would miss some small spots, I would have washed it myself. Plus when they were moving my car forward they knocked over a tray table with my car door. I about flipped out, my husband calmed me down and I politely mentioned it to the cashier, and even she was like wow. That shouldnt be happening. Taking it to an automated car wash next time. A machine does a better job 😬😐😒😝😤😠👎

Took my car there a few months ago for a detail. The guy who cleaned the inside of my car used the wrong liquid. The interior was dry yet sticky. I took my car back to have them clean it again since I paid $80. They had another guy clean it (who was actually not working that day and just happened to be there to wash his own car) because they were extremely busy washing other cars. That $80 included my seats to be washed as well but when I took my car home the second time, the seats look like they were vacuumed but not washed. NEVER going back again!

Decided to give this car wash a try since Ive heard good things about it. Went there Sunday around 2:30pm and got turned away because there was not enough staff to get the job done. Never going back.

I gave them two chances and they did even worse the second time. Im so mad I wemt back and upgraded to the $30 wash hoping they would redeem themselves. Now I just have a dirty car and am out the cash. Vacuum job was horrific and my windows are gross. Dont waste your time or money. The only good thing us the lady that checks you out is super nice.

Dont expect anything but a car wash. Cashiers take your money and give you a receipt. Thats it. Have a nice day you wont hear there.

Waited 30 minutes for my car just to get washed but doesnt include the outside service which theyre still doing. Clearly not in her personnel clearly not a carwash you want to come too.

Service is so so. There are always kids of the owner or a worker always hanging out in the shop distracting the clerk. The wash Id say is worth it. I have had a bad experience here before the they have stepped it up a little since then. Still lacks a proffesioanal feel though.
