Branded Group is a wonderful company to work with. Superclean works with BG as a Service Provider. They are great to work with, very team orientated, great communicators, outstanding follow up. Everyone on their team is extremely helpful and caring. If we have any issues or questions they are very responsive. They are a great partner and I would highly recommend them to everyone!

I have been waiting over 60 days for an invoice to be paid, which was supposed to be paid in 45 days. They have given me nothing but the run around and have lost my paperwork multiple times. You cannot call there accounting department. As they do not answer. I honestly don’t know how companies like this are still in business. Potential clients should steer clear unless you want a mechanics lien to pop up on your property for unpaid work. Contractors stay away as these types of companies do this on purpose.

Branded group has the slogan, BE BETTER. Having partnered with Branded Group on numerous project, I can tell you that they do strive to BE BETTER. In the FM industry it can be hard to find companies that actually put the customer first and are truly dedicated to finding solutions and taking care of their customers facilities. Branded Group has a phenomenal group of employees who all stand behind this culture of being better. Communication, response and setting strong expectations for their customers is 1st and foremost. We have had a great partnership with the entire Branded Group team so far and hope for many years of continuing to work together!

Contractors beware. These guys dont pay. Dont believe the net 45 BS. If you dont hound them for your rightfully earned money, they arent ABOUT to send it to you. Seriously Ive emailed half a dozen times, called twice, been reassured multiple times that payment will be sent immediately. I did an AC repair job in July, its freakin December now still no payment. Its a $200-something dollar invoice...Bottom line for contractors, just steer clear.

Got a call from Ashley to handle a client in Columbus. Very personal yet professional. Since this was my first call with them they paid when the job was done. From what Ive seen in the above reviews the executive management seems ready to resolve problems and be accountable when things arent being met on their end. Looking forward to doing business with them!

Very difficult to deal with. they reached out to me for a security job that need filled. Completed the work still have not been paid. Turning them into the licensing board so other contractors will be aware. Would highly suggest recording all calls with them. They will tell you everything you want to hear just to get you to work with them. Not once did they ask for a copy of my insurance or my license. Tried turning it in they said I would be fine for the length of that assignment. Coming up on 60 days unpaid.

Thought this would be a good relationship but they took forever to pay. They promised 45 day net, but after numerous phone calls, emails and constant excuses by everyone we contacted, we still had NOT been paid for a small job we did for them. I feel fortunate that they finally sent us a check for payment after 87 days. I would not accept another job from these folks.Update: I received a call from the owner and he offered both an apology and a promise that this would never happen again. I am willing to try working with them again and hopefully see a much better response.

Accurate Backflow Testing has been working with the Branded group for a while now and we love working with them. They are detailed and efficient in their process. Peter has been so helpful when I have a problem. Always someone to reach 24/7. I would recommend anyone to this group.

Branded-Group has been a great company to work with since they took over some properties about 2 years ago that we were handling. The previous property management company prior to them were not even close to being as professional as Branded-Group has been. We would recommend their company to anyone considering a professional company to manage their property.

Disorganized and poor understanding of client needs. Branded group was managing a very simple painting, carpet cleaning and wallpaper project. What should of took a couple week, ended up lasting 4 months. They hired poor quality painters who had to return three times. The mural had to be removed and rehung. They had poor communication when it came to scheduling the installers. As the client I had to follow up on the status of the project. We cannot close our office and they would just let the installers show up whenever not understanding the nature of our business.

Since then we have done thousands of dollars worth of work orders all over the US on various projects (St. Louis, Denver, Boston, Raleigh), for branded group. Andra is always there to help with any problems that arise and payments have always been made on time. Very smooth transactions, easy to work with. Would recommend to any contractor looking for work. We did a job for them with net 45 payment term. But we have not been paid after more than 70 days. They keep giving excuse to another week and another week for payment. If you are a contractor think 1000 times before taking any jobs from them, seeems they had issues with paying you on time. If we don’t receive the payment within this week we will put a mechanical lien on the property or send it to collections.after I posted the review they relation ship department Denise called me at the same day and they over night me the check finally, thx for her help.
