Signature Design Center was extremely helpful and so knowledgeable about what design ideas and look I was trying to put together for my remodel. She made it much less stressful and had great advice! Everything was within budget and looked amazing together. If I need an interior design Id definitely come back

Last week I posted a review and I cant see it so I am writing again.We are very happy that found this good company and did the big renovation in our house.From the moment that we stepped in the store, we felt that is it, the clark Keren was very helpful the same the designer Valentina helped us a lot to make the decisions ,and she came to see our house to take measurements.It was easy to work with the owner Fred he is a very honest person, the price reasonable, and believe us ,we did a lot of research until we signed the contract.The company carrying great choices and very good materials.The work in the house is done beautifully. We get rid of the carpets in the rooms replaced with engineering wood, in the family room and kitchen new porcelain tiles new back splash and now looks amazing,New baseboards the whole house and crown molding in our living/dining room and painted all areas.Excellent job.The project manager Sam and the workers were the best,Thank youVera and RobertYorba Linda.

This is a great design center. The staff is extremely friendly and professional, answered all my questions promptly. Will definitely come back for my next home project.

They may sell good products, but dont use them as a contractor. The people Fred uses are average and others not so good. We had a very bad experience with them. I think that he uses handymen for most of the work, and not what I would call trades people.

Dont even think about doing business with this company, they are very unprofessional and rude.We purchased a house in Rancho Santa Margarita and were looking to get the master bath remodeled, we searched for available contractors and came across OC Remodel and scheduled an appointment for a quote. Ozzy showed up and spoke to my wife to get the scope, stated he would email info and an estimate. We didnt receive anything so we moved forward with one of the other contractors that actually supplied a quote. Two weeks after the original appointment with Ozzy I received a text at 930pm on friday night to confirm an appointment with him at his office the next morning at 1030am. We didnt schedule an appointment with Ozzy, I texted him back and let him know that we moved forward with someone else and that the work was to begin the following Monday. I received a phone call from Ozzy stating that I must be lying to him because it is impossible for a contractor to be ready that quickly and deliver a new bathroom within 10 business days, then he started to berate me for being unprofessional and stupid. I have never in my life been so happy I did not do business with an organization.Dont waste your time even looking at this company, they are not worth the hassle! The contractor we chose delivered on all promises in 10 business days as promised, they are now coming back to remodel a different bathroom.

Very Professional and Proficient work experience.

Limited products compared to close by Anaheim outlets further down St. College Blvd street. Store is dusty, owner doesnt seem to care, and was very petty. Prices NOT competitive, and they even tried slyly upselling to my wife! NOT TRUSTWORTHY, take your business elsewhere.
