Been coming here for over a year. I usually rant and rave about this place and have recommended it to many friends. Not sure what happened with this last visit, but it really missed the mark. Sides were uneven and the cut was awkward in many spots. Went back in to get it fixed, and it looked a little better, but when I got home, it still just wasnt right. Spent over an hour trying to style my hair to anything remotely presentable. Will have to search for a new place to get my haircuts now. This place is also very pricey. I didnt mind given I was usually satisfied with the outcome, but cant justify it anymore.

Been going here for a few years. Some serious talent at this shop. Ive been to several others around and none come close.

I took my bfs cousin to get a haircut I’m currently still waiting for him to come out and my bf and I been waiting in the car for over 2 hours now. This is disappointing because even though they had a lot of people in there still shouldn’t be taking them 3 freaking hours to finish. I hope nobody comes here unless you wanna wait that long. I don’t recommend this business to anyone.

IF you like waiting over an our to get a haircut then this is the place for you! Iwaited over an hour and two people that showed up after me got their haircut before me. They didnt have appointments theres a sign in sheet at the door. They dont care about customer service or how long people wait. This is a disgrace for a barbershop.

Sergio has been mine and my best buddy’s barber from more then 2 years.Every time we get the best from them

They take walk-in and appointment - I called around 2:30pm on a Thursday and I was told walk-in would be fine. I show up and Chris has an open chair. He does a great job - really takes his time and makes sure I am happy with the cut. Ive tried a few different shops since moving to the area and I think I found the one I will be using going forward. Thanks Chris!

Great barber shop. The prices are high but the work is quality and matches the prices. Poly cut my hair and I was extremely happy with his attention to detail. He never was rushed or trying to just get it done, he took the time to get right. Would highly recommend Poly.

All I can say is WOW.. and not in a good way! unfortunately this was the worst haircut and beard trim I have come across in my 16 years in the industry. a friend of mine went in because it was local to his house to get cleaned up with a very basic haircut and easy beard trim and walked out looking like my 4 year old trimmed his beard. I am licensed and unfortunately I was booked today when he needed a cut and I can assure you he will never be going anywhere else again. the beard in uneven and sloppy as well as them hacking it almost all off . if i were the owner of this shop i would get some in house classes in there stat to shape up your barbers

Brand new barber shop. Very clean. Atmosphere is great. Plenty of TVs with cable to watch while waiting, and thats if you even wait that long, for the most part its pretty quick. I recommend my boy Fernando, this is now the 3rd shop I follow him to and I hope this is the last one considering this is his own shop now, his work speaks for itself, what can I say. His Brother Sergio is just as good as him. Shop is located in Anaheim. They take walk ins as well, but better to make ur appointment. I highly recommend this place.

Awesome place to get a haircut, both Fernanado and Sergio are skilled barbers, call to set up an appointment with either both Fernanado or Sergio.

I called in at about 3:30 and asked for Sergio, the owner I asked if he was available for a cut, he said he was booked, but that I could still come in to have someone else cut my hair as long as I got there before 4pm. I was running a little late but I DID get there before 4pm like he said. Sergio then told me that they were already closed even though I got there before their posted closing hours. Terrible service, won’t be coming back here ever. Thanks Most Wanted!

Most of the guys do really great cuts, BUT if you cant do a clean and even line up in the front, please dont offer or even try to do it, because it messes up the whole cut.
