Not only is she always readily available, but always goes above and beyond every time we have any type of question or concern and always gets back to us immediately! This kind of excellent customer service is truly hard to find these days, so it is greatly appreciated! I have shopped pricing a few times over the years but no one comes close to what Hall, Mahar, & Associates has provided us. Besides getting the best premiums, we are comforted with the fact that we are always advised on the right type of coverage for our situation and needs! Every time I call Hall, Mahar & Associates, I get a friendly voice thatalways seem eager to assist me. I have talked to Susan Schneider many times in the past few years. She has helped with all my issues regarding car and home insurance. I recently had to file a home owners claim, and Susan was very attentive and helpful in explaining the process. I have a daughter attending school in Hawaii and she got into a car accident and although it wasnt her fault, we had to get involved to resolve the situation since Hawaii is no fault state and Sue helped us out tremendously when she didnt need to since the car only had liability coverage. Sue is the bomb. She is always looking out for my best interest, has my back, and goes the extra effort to make sure I am covered and if I am late on payments reminds me before I get into trouble. I have so many policies I easily get confused from one to the other and I get so much mail from Mercury it would almost take a full time job to wade through it all. She is also awesome about how to strategize my coverage based on all of the different property types from rentals to homeowners to car insurance to classic car insurance to umbrella etc. Many times this stuff plays with and against each other and she takes the time to see whats happening in my life to make the insurance products work the best for me. I ask for Sue because I trust her as she knows what I need and gets it. I would never want to work with anyone else.

Sue Schneider and HMA has been the family insurance agent and has always done right by us. She checks in a few times a year to see how my milages is doing or if any Traffic Tickets have dropped off my record. Last week she called because my son is now old enough to get a drivers permit. Seriously? Who gives that kind of pro-active service in order to SAVE me money? And Sue/ HMA covers my home-owners insurance policy.
