Finding a trustworthy mechanic can be difficult. This is the place to go for any car repairs. Leonard only does what needs to be done, doesnt try to upset the services you need, and best of all, the prices are reasonable.

Leonard has been honest to me. Ive been there a couple of times and they gave me a fair price. Probably why I always see lots of fleet vehicles being worked on, such as US Postal to AT&T vehicles. They are constantly busy but helpful.

Went to have a leak fixed I got the water pump replaced thermostat replaced and a belt replaced during the process my intake hose was damaged and the mechanic just put tape around the damaged part the next day I noticed the tape around the intake hose so the following morning I took the car back to the shop and spoke with the shop manager he told me that the tape will be find and will hold it fine well I ended up buying the intake hose for $140 I went to talk with him Saturday morning he paid me back for the part . Ian glad that the manager took responsibility for the part.

Great mechanics and business. My family and I was in the beginning of our journey from relocating from Washington (state) to North Carolina when the truck transmission failed. They were honest, helpful, reliable, sympathetic, and FAST!! Give this shop your trust, time, and care of your vehicle. Ace of an experience!

Very well-trained mechanics and theyre fairly quick with turnaround time! Thats the one thing I like most is that they keep the parts that they replace to show you what has happened and a breakdown of what things cost and their estimates are almost always spot-on the mark! I refer Randys many times a month because I believe in their work

I had Randys Automotive install a Jasper Remanufactured Engine in my 2010 Ford Mustang. Job came out beautiful. I even got it back clean and no paint chips. They did it a month ago and still going strong. Thank you.

They told me $8,000 to $10,000 thousand for a rebuild engine installed, which it costs $3,100 from their supplier??? everyone else is $4,500 installed, I dont like to give my money away way too expensive.

I would recommend this place without reservation! They are very honest and reasonably priced! They are very open and they dont just tell you whats wrong with your car, they show you so you can see for yourself! I dont know much about cars so usually I am nervous about going to auto shops but I got a good feeling from them and I felt very comfortable. I originally went to Firestone but they were understaffed so I called Randy and he said he could make time for me and fix my car this afternoon. When i arrived he was waiting for me outside and ready to take a look. The service here is excellent! Thanks, Randy!

We called Randys on a Monday around 2:00 in the afternoon, as our radiator started leaking something fierce. Usually this is an easy fix and your car might be down for a day or two, but we were on vacation and about to hit the freeway to start the 400 mi drive home when it blew.Jared (sp?) answered our call and let us know that he didnt have our radiator in stock, but would call his parts guy and get back to us. Within just a few minutes, he called to let us know he had it ready and to come on by. We told him we were from out of town and trying to get back on the road ASAP, and he assured us it would be done by the end of business. The estimate he gave us before work began was exactly the price we paid, and they had it done within about 2 1/2 hours. As soon as we pulled out, we got stuck in LA rush hour traffic; there was no fluid leaking, no overheating, not a hint of a problem the entire way home. If that isnt a true pressure test of a brand new radiator, I dont know what is! We also have a warranty on the parts and labor, which extends to multiple shops across the country. So theres no issue of having to bring a busted vehicle back down there, we have shops in our neighborhood that can service us if anything goes wrong; there was no extra charge for the warranty, either.Im only sorry we dont live in the area, because we would certainly bring them our regular business.

I bought a 99 suburban from cars let go in garden grove. Every thing under the hood was a mess. Two weeks after, the truck was a truck from hell. Had so many problems with it I thought several times about the junk yard.we took it to Randys and had a transmission put in then had to have a jasper motor put in. Had to replace the rear end. And just put a exhaust manifold in, my truck is 19 years old but let me tell you lenord gave me a brand new truck back, my husband and I have nothing but mad love and soooooo much respect for lenord and his workers. They are a blessing to us. If you have car problems take your car to Randys you will never regret the results. They are the best in town. Thank you lenord, james and sherry Everett love you.

This place sucks, I took my Toyota here to get my transmission rebuilt. Randy assured me that it would only take three days to do all the work and have it back to me before I went back to work. Three days turned into three weeks. I spent almost as much money renting a car for those three weeks as it cost me to get the transmission rebuilt. After all that was said and done it turns out he never even replaced the torque convertor. He also managed to break all the clips that held the O2 sensor wiring in place when he pulled the trans. Stay away from this guy. He told me what I wanted hear so he could get the work and after that took his time, didnt do the work correctly and broke parts.
