Mike V showed up to do our yearly Air Conditioning maintenance/service. He was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He took time to explain everything that was going to be done with the HVAC service that day. We have 4 different air flow returns with different size filters. Although Mike did not have some of those filters, he took the time to go to a local store to purchase them and bring them back for me at no charge. Thank you for providing wonderful service, for being patient with all my questions and doing everything in a timely manner. I will definitely request for him next time.

My mother had a leak in the kitchen sinks and called Power Pro Plumbing and they came right out to help. Adam and another young man was very knowledgeable and explained to us that the pipes were bad and took pictures to let us see exactly how bad it was underneath the house. And as for their customer service top notch i called for a copy of the invoice and Z was very helpful in emailing it to me. If we need anymore big plumbing jobs they are first on the list.

I had Jose visit my home to repair a leak under my kitchen sink. He was in-n-out in 30 minutes and did a fine job.Power Pro was more affordable than most, though not the cheapest.They came out same day when 3 other companies didnt, and did so within 2 hours of my call. Your crews showed up at the time they said they would. The work site was always clean. when they finished for the day, cautions tape and protection plywood were applied protecting the area. We had several crews during our pipe relining and it was like watching a well orchestrated drill. Each crew showed up to do their part just as the others finished. Even our neighbors told us how impressed they were with the performance and work ethic of the crews. We had leaks at 2 points in our house. Darryl the Power Pro serviceman came out and solved our problem. Darryl was nice, efficient, and fast. He was able to pin point and take care of the problem quickly. The receptionist at Power Pro was also very helpful and nice. Very good team.

Wow, where do I start, my mom called this company to come out and Rooter her drains, she was told over the phone there was a $99 special on drain cleaning, she always has it done every few years, nothing ever major but toilet tissue blocking up drains, the technician Nathan who came out totally ripped my mom off, he kept pushing her to put the camera in the drain after the services were done. You guys should be ashamed of yourselves taking advantage of a elderly woman is unacceptable from $99 to over $7,000!! Please beware of this company !!I would not want to see this happen to another elderly person, for now on we will not be using this company we will be using any other plumbing company than this one.

The first attempt to repair the plumbing problem was a total disaster.The second plumber sent was not a success, either. He waited for another plumber to come and lo and behold he had the key to solving the leak problem. Instead of opening up a long stretch of the wall, as the second plumber suggested, Luis Ramirez, rightfully said that it was not necessary. He and his assistant took over the job and very successfully, so far. ( I had the hole patched up, so far everything is dry in the Sarmientos living room; and everyone is happy.)

We were satisfied with the work done at our home and we were alsocomfortable with plumbers Nathan and Robert. We got along just fine.

I knew my problem was weird and difficult to find. I am very mechanical . This is an average of different ratings on different topics.4 stars - I called , looking for Ground penetrating Radar to find an ABS pipe in my back yard grass area. The first manager said they do not have that device, I said thank you. He said have a nice day.1 star - A few minutes later another manager called me and said, that the other guy was wrong and that they do have it. I verified with him, what I wanted and he said, yes they have it. Great, we made the appointment.4 stars - The tech arrived on time, clean and was very nice.I showed him my problem and what I thought we needed. He agreed with what I needed and that they do NOT have that tool to find the abs pipe.1- star , So I called the their office to let them know about their mistake, The woman said someone will call me back. That never happened.I do Property management. I did have a little problem with them making a mistake and wasting my time.BUT the bigger problem was NOT returning my call.

Horrible service. Plumbing team came over to diagnose a a leak and completely missed that a copper pipe had a radiator hose clamp with a rubberband on it. Team did a whole house leak test and tried to convince them to add a blow off valve to the exterior of the house. Also, tried to sell them on the idea of redoing the drainage for the water heater.After I spoke with the lead team member over the phone, he seemed defensive about the whole issue. He started saying that my parents did not tell him where the leak was at. After that, he said that his team had to be paid for the time they spent at our house which is completely unprofessional.Team could not find the leak and they just wanted to upsell my parents for everything.Attached is a radiator hose clamp on a copper pipe which clearly sticks out to the naked eye.Wasted $ 275 for them to tell us the obvious.

How funny. I just read the review by Alex Contreras and started to laugh. So I start to see some water gathering on my kitchen ceiling and decided to call these guys up. The technician comes and looks at the ceiling and before doing anything else, tells me they have to cut out a huge hole to see where the leaks coming from. Im obviously a bit weary of this as this will cost me a bunch to close the hole with new drywall. He opens up the hole and tells me he has to cut another, larger hole because I cant see from this hole. I say OK and we find the leak. The leak was coming from the upstairs shower, where the shower head and pipe are connected. Im still trying to understand why the shower upstairs wasnt checked first, especially when I explained to the tech that the leak was coming from my upstairs shower. I even told him we did a bunch of trial and error and the leak ONLY happens when we turn on the shower. So, he tells me at first I need to replace the shower valve (hot/cold). I thought it was the connection where the shower head connects to the pipe? Anyhow, i tell him OK and he goes and calls his boss and gets me a quote of $1600 to replace a $80 part. Hmmmm...i ask him if hes sure it should cost this much, seems a bit high. He says he knows its expensive, but he cant really do anything about the cost. I tell him I need it fixed and he goes about replacing the valve and cuts another 2 holes in my upstairs bathroom drywall. A couple of days later, a general contractor friend of mine who is doing some work at my house comes over and I show him the repair and all the holes. He asks me how much I paid, and I tell him its going to be about $2200 total after all is said and done. He tells me Im an idiot and I just got bamboozled. I feel as though this company charges differently according to the neighborhood of the repair. They call me to find out if everything is OK and if Im satisfied. The repair itself is great I tell them, but I was overcharged. They call me back and offer me a $50 gift certificate for a future job. ARE YOU FIN KIDDING ME? I called for an estimate because I had a routine sewage blockage from a toilet to the main line. I even took off the toilet to reduce the cost and make it easier because this happens every 4 years or so. The gentlemen wasnt interested in looking at the problem. He proceeded to look at the main line and run a camera 60 down the drain. He says, Oh this drain is in bad shape, you have roots and blockage. He proceeds to take out a sheet of paper showing me addresses of homes in the area that have paid anywhere from $3,000-$8000, to repair. He goes on to say we will have to dig and trench and encase a section to fix it and will cost about $2700.Basically, what he was telling me, I already knew because plumbers have been saying this for 10 years and the drain although not perfect is working.I suggested that he just run the snake through the toilet and the problem will be solved. He replied, Oh, no, I cant do that because of all the liabilities of breaking the line. Your insurance company will not even cover it!Long story short, he refused to do the work. This company is not going to come out and do routine jobs especially if they come into neighborhoods where they think they can gouge someone.About two hours later, a reliable company came in and did the work for $90. Dont bother calling these folks and if you see their trucks, run!

These scoundrels took advantage of me. I have a water heater that is under warranty so parts are covered and I’m only supposed to pay for labor. They are charging me $485 to do a job that takes an hour. After checking with two other water heater companies, the flat rate to complete this job is $190. They should be ashamed.
