I have called and emailed for months about a shower enclosure. I live on one of the outer islands. Finally someone scheduled an appointed to have Tim measure. Several emails with Tim and a day and time was booked. He took all my information and said he would call if the time slot changed. Well, after waiting 1 1/2 hours for Tim I called the shop. Tim had a family emergency and wasnt coming. No phone call no nothing! Very bad customer service. If they customer service is any indication of there final product I would skip this company.

They just replaced a large insulated glass picture. Very happy with the workmanship, the crew and the price. They arrived when promised, worked corona-safe and completed the job quickly. Front office was thorough, polite and communicative. Wouldn’t hesitate to use Island S&D again.

Courtney was very helpful getting me information and made my day so much easier. I wasn’t even a customer, I called her to inquire about the wrong kind of work (I didn’t really know what I was looking for) and she took the time to help me find not only what type of work it is, some information on who to contact.
