The Salon has a new owner, friendly staff and upbeat environment. The salon has been totally remodeled in January of 2014 and is very nice. The massage room is very relaxing and Zen like. They quit doing hair a year ago and just focus on tanning, sauna, skin care and hair removal.The tanning bed is one of the best in Anacortes!

Visiting from Houston and Im so pleased I called to have Diane do color, highlights and cut. Ask for Diane! You will not be disappointed. She absolutely, not only knows what shes doing, but loves her job.

Would have given a 0 if possible. Customer service is not a priority of this owner or the staff. Hours of operation are extremely limited and salon closes without notice to customers who have appointments scheduled and have pre-paid for services. Do not waste your money or your time and go elsewhere.

I asked three times to have my hair parted on the left. The hairdresser parted it on the right anyhow and told me youll just have to retrain it. I had also requested a bob and ended up with a long taper cut. Incredibly disappointing.

Would give a 0 if I could! Terrible customer service! I tried calling to schedule an appointment and there was no answer. Then, I tried their online scheduling and it was not set up well. I decided to come in as a walk-in and the customer service was the worse I have seen in Anacortes. Very unwelcoming, rude, and basically told me their busy and have no openings! Place looked unclean. I would highly recommend trying a tanning place in Burlington or Bella Body and Sol salon in Bellingham! Worth the commute!
