Exceptional service from knowledgeable and friendly Matthew. Uncommonly courteous to us, fellow customers, and on the phone. Purchase of our new phones took a while for various reasons on our part. He kindly gave us the time needed. As an older person, I go into shops that have anything to do with technology with my defenses up, prepared to be spoken to patronizingly by the much younger staff working there. Not a moment of condescension from Matthew. I only wish there had been two of him so the other people at the store didnt have to wait so long.

My Aunt was having issues with her Samsung phone. Unknown to her, another app overrode her Samsung home screen. She took her phone to another Verizon store and they told her she needed a new phone. I told her she needs to see Matthew at my Verizon store. He listened patiently and fixed the problem right away, even though he isnt Tech Support. Disappointed in young man who sold me the cellphone I bought at Verizon in Anacortes a couple years ago. He didnt know anything and handed to me a paper on which hed written his bosss phone number. Told me to call and boss will explain how to make it work. I will not do business at Anacortes office.

Waaaay better than the Oak Harbor Verizon!Eric was super professional and efficient with everything. Walked in for a quick prepaid jetpack hotspot purchase and I was out with a working jetpack within 10 minutes! Even considering switching my phone plan if they change their international phone use options.

Went in to change my phone plan and look into getting an Apple Watch. It turned into an amazing visit. Cathy was incredibly helpful from the very beginning. She helped me change my plan to one that fit me perfectly and helped me pick out an Apple Watch that I ended up falling in love with. She helped me do the math on how much everything would cost. I ended up having discounts on my account and the Apple Watch was on sale so it was even better! All in all it was the best visit ever!! Highly recommend the TCC Verizon in anacortes!!

I had a wonderful experience at the Anacortes Verizon store today. I had a gentleman named Eric help me with my problem receiving and sending emails on my I phone and I pad. He was patient and made me feel relaxed that he would try to help me. I noticed as other people came into the store he greeted them warmly and acknowledged their presence and stated he would help them soon. I left the store feeling good having my problem solved and knew I could reach out to Eric for more help if needed.

The man who was working the store today, Tuesday, was incredibly rude. Age shaming! Asked why I cant do the data transfer myself. Dont you know how to enter your password?? A complete jerk. Anacortes store.Eric gas gone above and beyond in such kindness and patience when it came helping me out with my needs... my husband had a massive heart attack a year ago , and all responsibility was put on me.. eric stepped up and answered all my cries for help.. never at any given moment did he treat or give an attitude that I was a pain to keep coming in... I’m not at a technical woman to say the least, lol, but he made me feel like I can do this, and gave me the confidence that I could.do things I didn’t think I could go , because my husband did it all.. I went into Verizon to look at getting a new phone. Both of the employees were knowledgeable, professional and very friendly. I chose the iPhone 11.Very nice phone. I recommend them for your cell phone needs.

My wife and I went into the store in August of this year to look at cellphone plan updates and to add a Jetpack 8800. We worked with Eric who explained that he had been working in the industry for 15 years and spoke like he was very experienced and then...he sold us on a Jetpack 6600 because it had two antennas (it doesnt) and had a better UI (also doesnt). I got the impression that they only had 6600s in stock maybe?Also, we were told with the new plans he was proposing, that we would only be paying $5 more a month for a lot more data. Our bill was almost $50 more a month! Called to complain and after an hour on the phone, Eric told me that he was going to talk to the Verizon Rep as he believed we were overpaying (no kidding). Never got back to me and called back twice. Very poor.
