With great regret I write this review.We decided to team up with Brian @ Vicinty for his professional sites, speed in development of sites as well as expert services.As long as Brian was available to work with us things were great but as soon as he was no longer taking calls or emails things went downhill very quickly. In fact we are not sure why he no longer communicates.The team @ Vicinty also turned out to be try unprofessional in their dealing with our clients, making accusations that were completely unfounded as well as charging exorbitant amounts to move sites when clients wanted to find other hosting solutions.I cant recommend working with the current lead developer or the office manager.Brian is great to work with but I am afraid that if you decide to work with Vicinty you will end up not working with him but someone else and you will be disappointed as we are.This partnership has cost our company a lot of money as well as some relationships that we brought to the table only to find them being abused by the staff at Vicinty.
