Very happy with the quality of service and their straight forward approach. They dealt with my warranty company and delivered bad news on the warranty companys behalf (not there responsibility) and work with me on everything. Highly recommend. Go somewhere else, then come here to get it fixed.

My truck was overheating so on a recommendation I stopped in. John (the owner) was very helpful and took a look at it right away and got me taken care of and back on the road in no time. John and his daughter do a great job and I will gladly go back whenever I need my vehicles repaired. They are honest people and care about their customers. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

My family were on our vacation and our Ford Excursion began making alot of noise. We limped into the closest shop. We did not have an appointment, they were super busy, and yet they took the time to help diagnose the issue. They advised us not to drive it and offered to tow us to another shop! WOW! Awesome service from these folks and I can understand why they were so booked out. Thank you to A&A for going the extra mile.

My car works like a charm after they worked on it. They gave helpful advice on taking care of the engine and seem to genuinely care. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I also felt like their price was reasonable.

Talk about great customer service and compassion. I locked my keys in my Jeep while at Discovery on one of the busiest days of the season for them due to icy road conditions. My new AAA account was not available due to the 48 hr new policy period that AAA has and so they were willing to give me an estimate that was within my means. I took my 2010 Honda Insight in, speculating from her behavior that she needed a new starter. Ive been to mechanics before who would have run with that speculation and told me I was right about that, plus tacked on whatever was actually wrong, just to get more money out of me. Not these guys! They checked my baby out thoroughly, and found that the 12v battery I had just put in over the summer had turned out to be a dud. They worked with the retailer I got it from to get a replacement under warranty, cleaned up the connecting cables and whatnot to ensure a good connection to the new battery, and checked her again to make sure there werent any other problems. There werent, and they were honest about that, so they ended up saving me a TON of money over what I was expecting to have to pay if Id been right about the starter! What I did get charged for (initial diagnostic, installation of the new battery, and a little for supplies used in cleanup), I found to be well within reason of other mechanics Ive been to for various services. They also managed to only have to keep my car overnight, and only because they had to order the battery (the Insight requires one of odd dimensions). Melissa was incredibly friendly and communicative throughout the process. As I told her when I checked out, I will definitely be using A&A for all my cars needs, from now on.

Absolutely fantastic. I had a very weird issue with my car. They were the only ones that actually researched the strange issue instead of just quoting the most expensive possible option. On my more straightforward repair that had a obvious fix, they got it done quickly.

Great bunch of employees, but dont fully agree with there prices. Personally speaking if you have the ability to I would call around and see if there is a better price for service. I do not have the best income so baggers cant be choosers i gurss

Honest. Fair. Thorough. Quality. That pretty much sums up my experience here! Took my minivan here to get the engine replaced. John and Melissa were extremely helpful and thorough in finding a quality used engine replacement and did an excellent job installing the engine and the supplementary parts. My van runs smoothly. They also maintained good communication with me throughout the process. I am happy and impressed with the work, the price, and the service!

Came to tow our pickup after someone slammed the back end out of no where. They didnt have to but did look under the truck and pull the bumper out so we were able to at least get it home without the tow. Quick and nice people. On a customer service stance, they were great!

Dont waste your money, go somewhere else.They misdiagnosed my car and were COMPLETELY unhelpful.AND EXPENSIVE.It makes no sense.&to the reply on the review before mine...you guys DO own the car wash, and it is always disgusting. That should have been my first hint but I didnt know that until afterwards.

The shop does great work. This review is for the car wash they operate.Every time I go to wash my truck the sprayers are broken the chanechmachine doesnt work and the bays are so dirty you cant clean anything.
