Called to see if they had macaroni salad. They dont...asked what they do have and was hung up on.

I use to swear by Joes Market subs. They were amazing. The last two times I visited this place there service was not good at all. The first time I asked for roast beef. The store clerk said he didnt have any. Then I asked for an American mix with all the vegs and mayo. Got home and my sandwich was literally meat and cheese. Nothing else on it. I let that slide. Tonight we called to place an order. The store cleak said go ahead. We begin by saying one sub will be roast beef. He stops me mid sentence and says. I am sorry you will have to come in and order. We go up to order again ordering a roast beef and another sandwich. He makes the other sandwich and then says we have no roast beef... Hes already made the first sandwich. So now we are forced to pay for that and cancel the second sandwich. I call Joes to tell them about the situations and he has nothing to say but I am sorry. Then hangs up.No you really arent sorry at all. Just blew me off. Not even caring that this is one customer who will not be coming back for a third chance. I really feel liked I was roped into that one. Them knowing all along they didnt have roast beef. I asked twice before I was finally told they didnt have it. Then only after they made the second sandwich I felt. Obligated to pay for.... Its so sad. I just was supporting the home town people as I have always tried to do...

Been going here for years. Gotta love Joes
