Tried several times to get a small truck for a weekly contract, they took a month to call back. finally sent me a pamphlet, i called to set something up. but they were just not interested in making money I guess. U-Haul got me a truck the same day I called, setup a corporate account, and they made about $700 a week of me for 6 months. good job Penske. I was very happy with my Penske truck rental. Ive rented many trucks before, but this one was by far the cleanest and in perfect condition for pick-up. Courteous service from the staff as well.
