Absolutely the WORST!!!!! Called to get a tire repaired said they would work on it and call by the end of the day with an update. No call, no repair. Called Saturday morning got a response “the shop guys don’t work on Saturdays” ahhh okay??? What did your guys do all day yesterday seeing how I dropped it off first thing Saturday morning!!! I understand they have other things to get done but don’t tell a customer one thing and then go back on your words. I told them this was the second issue we have had. The first was agreeing buying a brush hog getting it home and it was far from set up properly after they said they did! At the end of the call I told them I would be coming to get the tire repaired or not. The salesman I dealt with put the tire in the middle of the showroom floor for us to pick up as he was standing outside drinking a cup of coffee. He couldn’t even take the 5 mins to come and talk with us about our experience or tire. Mind you the tire wasn’t even touched!!!! ABSOLUTELY THE WORST!! They sure do know how to take your money though!!!!

Recently purchased a Kioti tractor at H&M that I’ve been trying to find for over a year. I dealt with Nelson, he had one for me within a month along with all the attachments he promised either in stock or delivered before the tractor arrived. Other dealerships couldn’t even give me a guess on when a tractor would be available. H&M had everything prepped and ready to pick up the week after it was delivered to them. Couldn’t have been happier with the salesman he always returned my phone calls even after hours and sent pictures of different attachments and options with the tractor throughout the buying process, had all the paperwork ready when I arrived and everything ready to load. I had issues at DMV with my trailer registration that I also purchased through them they called the manufacturer and had everything straightened out that afternoon. I personally do not have one complaint throughout the entire process, can’t wait to do business with them again.

We moved to upstate NY back in 1999 and have wanted a tractor ever since. We bought a New Holland Work Master 40 from H & M this past spring of 2020. They were fantastic to work with. Our neighbor did business with them so we thought we would give them a call. Nelson picked up the phone and we told him we knew nothing about tractors but we were building a pretty big barn and it was time that we invested in a tractor. We thought maybe we could buy a used one but Nelson guided us towards a new one for a variety of reasons, (which made perfect sense to us). He suggested to us to come in and take a look at different models, but we were too busy so he suggested the Work Master 40 or 45. He gave us a price right away and he had us financed in a few more hours. It was amazing that he could get us financing with monthly payment that we could afford and he said he could deliver it in a few days, and we live an hour away. (all of this in just a few hours). They followed through and we also bought a Woods Brush Bull. Both the tractor and the brush bull are fantastic, life changing. The New Holland is quite a beast for its size, the bucket carried tons of stone up our long driveway all summer, dug up earth for grading, the brush hog kicked butt, ( 100 year old, over grown farmland that we turned into pasture) we also got a Woods rototiller too, and we just love it. New Holland and Woods are GREAT brands and we appreciate Nelson guiding us toward these companies. Woods and New Holland are so strong, solid and sturdy.Also we never owned a tractor before and the team at H & M were incredibly supportive and helpful. I stopped buy their lot about a week after we made the tractor purchase and I asked if they could walk me through some stuff I did not quite understand, and they did not hesitate a second. Bill walked me out to the yard and answered all of my questions. ( about 30 minutes of their time) They are a fantastic team. With a new tractor things will go wrong with a novice like myself and I would always call their service guys and they would all take the time to guide me and help me trouble shoot the issue so we can solve the problem. Once on the Friday evening, before July 4th my mid PTO got engaged because I was doing some aggressive brush hogging and the tractor went dead ( a safety feature) and I was so bummed because we had a project that we needed the tractor to use over the next 3 days. They sent a guy out at 7:00 in the evening to trouble shoot and figure out what was wrong and we got to use the tractor over the long holiday weekend. I highly recommend giving H & M a call, they are straight shooters and have a great operation!

Recently went to look at a few compact tractors and ended up buying one i hadnt even intended on viewing. Thanks greatly to Nelson the salesman that my family had the pleasure of dealing with. He did a great job of providing all the keys and information for the many tractors we wanted to look at and even steered us at some that we werent aware of. As of currently I am exceptionally happy with the service I have received and I have no doubt it will continue in this direction. Great service and great people.

I took my grandson here so he could look for a 1/64 toy for his diorama. One of the owners son, created a special opportunity to help my autistic spectrum grandson with letting him pick out something from his own fathers collectibles. It was very generous of them and appreciated. Nice place and excellent service.

So I purchased a Kioti tractor about 2 years ago. Very very happy with the product. The salesman was not very motivated to sell the product to me. I still went ahead with the purchase. Received my item at my house and within a half hour the machine started over heating and acting up so upon checking I found the coolant to be low. So I called them to see if there was anything they could help me with keep in mind it was a Friday. Basically I was told to wait till Tuesday for a tech to come to the house. So I made the trip back out to H&M to get a gallon of coolant to fix my issue. Upon my first oil change I went back to H&M to get my first oil and filter after walking inside my salesman or anyone behind the counter offered no assistance. So I purchased my oil and filter and left. So from my experience I will not be purchasing or asking anything from H&M.
