Had a giant picture window installed. Window leaked and Jack and his team said it was a problem with the window. Jack had the manufacturer replace the custom window. Window was reinstalled and leaked again. This time we were told by patriot construction that it was ultimately our fault for where we chose to have the window placed. We were told that we needed to sign a new contract and pay additional amount to have the problem resolved, which we thought was absurd. Good help is hard to find
