Five star customer service! I purchased a new powder ski set up for a screaming deal, and they were able to get it tuned up and ready to ride the same day. This is the only outdoors store I’ll be frequenting for my ski/snowboard/SUP equipment from now on!

Worst customer service ever!!!! We were told that our skies would be adjusted to fit the boot correctly and when we got them back after paying the full amount he said he got them all dialed in butwhen we tried them on the bindings ad not been adjusted and when I called the store the owner said I dont care, you can die on the hill for all I care

Renters beware! We rented an SUP from their truck at Rigby lake. The people in front of us rented an SUP and were told there were no more SUP paddles, so theyd have to use a kayak paddle. I saw a few other SUP renters using kayak paddles as well. We got lucky when someone returned with an SUP paddle right as we were ready to rent. They had me write my name and sign, but didnt inform me I was signing a release that is posted on the truck. The paddle had a crack in it at the base of the blade and looked very sun-faded, but off we went to paddle (we are experienced paddlers). While paddling in the deep water, the blade snapped right off. We werent doing anything that could have damaged it, simply using it for its intended purpose. The paddle was just old and worn out. We were honest and told them what happened and the owner was standing right there and told us we would have to pay for the paddle. I was polite, but told him that it was no fault of ours and the paddle was worn. He said his cost to replace would be $120. Theres no way that was a $120 paddle and if it is, that guy is getting ripped off paying that much. A quick Google search shows paddles ranging from $40-90. Basically I think he was trying to sucker us out of $. He was generous and offered to only charge us half. They wouldnt return my credit card they used as collateral until I paid for it. Companies like this should just know theyll have to replace equipment from time to time. If its obvious someone was negligent or purposefully damaged something, then they should hold them accountable. But otherwise, they should cover the replacement cost--not the renters. If you do choose to rent from them, read the fine print and inspect the equipment and take photos and point out any noticeable damage before taking it out. Our fun $10 one-hour rental ended up costing me $70.

The owner really knows his stuff and they are awesome about cutting people good deals. Deffinetely recommend!
