We moved to this area about 6 months ago and needed new insurance. We first requested house insurance, then camping trailer, then car, then life. We just couldnt get enough, they have been professional and knowledgeable about their services. Elliot Kirk was our representative. If we need more services we will definitely return.

I got Farmers when I moved from Utah to Idaho. I hadn’t had my own insurance before and needed to find someone who would walk me through the process. I searched around a bit but wasn’t really impressed by anything I’d seen. That’s when I found Shane. THE agent to have in your corner. He was very informative, personable, friendly, and helped me figure out what plans best fit my situation. I can reach out to him with any questions or when I need help and he is always quick with his response. If you’re looking for insurance, he’s definitely the one I’d recommend.

Great service and very friendly! They were able to get me set up with a policy and answered all of my questions in a way that made me feel like they cared about me as a client.

FYI: Some of the five star reviews found on this page, were left by employees of this business or other Farmers Insurance locations.I went to this location to get business insurance when I opened a new business. They got me setup and I was paying around $250 a month (month to month installments). About four months in, I found a better deal on business insurance through Farm Bureau (which would save me about $100 a month), so I decided to switch.Before switching, I asked my agent if there would be any fees to cancel, or if I needed to wait till the six month mark to cancel. She told me that there was no fee and I could cancel at anytime, and I would not have to pay for the remaining months. I requested the policy be canceled and thought that was the end of it. WRONG!They billed me for the next month, causing my account to overdraw multiple times, as I was not expecting the bill. After a week of back and forth, I got refunded the initial amount they billed, without even a sorry about it, or any offers to reimburse the overdrawn account they caused. They just continually blamed their underwriters. I decided to let it be water under the bridge and be done with it. WRONG!A few months later, I receive a letter saying they sent my account from Farmers has been sent to collections for the last month of unpaid insurance. After several inquiries, I come to find out that because I was a new business, they put a stipulation in the fine print hundreds of pages in your agreement that says if you cancel before the six month mark, you would be billed for all remaining months, which is exactly the opposite I was told. My agent promised to get it resolved. WRONG!I ended up having to settle with collections due to the fact that I was told verbally by my agent that I could cancel prematurely and didnt have it in writing. Lots of wasted money on my end and empty promises on theirs. I would NOT recommend this business to anyone.

I am not impressed with Farmers. They issued a construction policy to me and almost immediately cancelled it because of a prior claim. It left me without insurance for 3 weeks while we finished the build. They then send me a bill 6 weeks later like nothing had happened. Very unimpressive and disorganized! Go to one of the top rated companies from consumer reports.

If I could give this office a -10 rating I would. I wasnt under them 3 days and started having issue after issue.First: THEY had my address wrong. Wasnt even an address that I put on the application, so I dont know how they got it. When I found out and need it corrected they tried to charge me an extra fee for moving. Which i didnt, they just had the wrong address.Second: i paid 6 months auto upfront, and was doing month to month on renters. I was promised a certain price to activate everything. But SURPRISE, there was an extra $25 fee I was told about. MY AGENT ENDED UP RETURNING THE FEE PUT OF HIS OWN POCKET.3rd: I then get a bill saying that i owe $54 on my policy to avoid it being shut off. MIND YOU I PAID 6 MONTHS UPFRONT. I never got clear answers from Elliot. All he told me was that he would take care of the charge because it wasnt supposed to be there. He NEVER got back to me about it.So finally I had it shut off. This agent then forgot to inform me that it would take 10 days to process and then they would send me my refund. Minus the charges he said he would get taken care of. Now i have to wait even long for my money.I highly suggest staying away from this office.
