I was concerned about my 2004 Nissan Armada after having a couple of light pop up on the dash. Sara was my service advisor and kept me informed during the entire process she let me know what to expect and I was able to be in contact with her the entire time. When the diagnostics were done she was able to explain and help me to understand the mechanic’s recommendations. All in all it was an painless experience and I will be returning for all of the service needs for my truck in the future.Janelle

Went to drop year-old car off for oil change/inspection and theres a line out to the street. Wait for someone to come up and take my key, but nothing. Go inside to the administrative professionals and they look at me, go back to talking. A customer is standing in front of four employees. Can I help you? would have been nice, but no. I walked out.When I got back out to my car, I was frustrated that there was no one there and yelled I dont know what to do! to my wife waiting in another car. To which the short service tech outside started yelling at me!What a customer-centered experience. First and last time Im going to them for service.

Once again I paid for a service at this location and was told that the issue was fixed when it wasnt. I was charged for a tire rotation and told it was done and they never did it. I paid to get my steering wheel to be fixed and was told it was done and it wasnt. They also damaged my car and didnt say anything about it. Ive called 5 times and left 2 messages. Very unprofessional and can not be trusted with your car. They will no longer service my car because I called them out on the terrible service they do. I rather go somewhere else were the work you pay for gets done. Run from this terrible dealership. A few people told me that they were a bad dealership and I shouldve listened. I was also approached in an unprofessional way today by one of service managers because a survey i took about the dealership. That dealership really needs to be retrained on customer service. They also like to bribe there customers to write a good review so dont trust the 5 stars you see. They get a bonus for every good review. They tried it with me

Love the staff! Especially Sara and Fred. They always make sure I understand what’s going on with my car and they’re honest about what needs to be done/fixed and what can wait which I really appreciate.

On my first service for my brand new vehicle they didn’t wanted to service my car because it was purchased at the huntinton location they said that they’re not affiliated eith them when the service package said clearly that i can service my vehicle anywhere nationwide they keep saying i had a house special at my purchase location .... after calling the dealer where I purchased my vehicle and waiting for so long they ended up doing the service only because they the other dealer called them and made them do it !!!!! They had no consideration that im with my newborn

Worst service center ever, I brought my car for check up. They over charged me for the diagnosis fee. They wanted 4.5 hours of labor to replace the ignition switch, at a cost of $761.00 plus reprogramming the key. They told the part is $85.00 and when I asked in their parts department how much it cost they told its only $55.00, I ended up in the replacing the ignition switch on my own in 2 hours just by watching YouTube. And there is no programming needed, what a waste of money I paid for diagnosticsThey will scam you and over charge you, stay away from them.Id give them no star if allowed
