I switched to Allstate when I purchased a brand new vehicle. Both vehicles were supposed to have a higher coverage and that was not don’t correctly from inception. I tried to contact them directly to correct this and in 11 months no luck. I cancelled my Allstate policy solely because of this.

This office doesn’t answer their phones, emails, nothing. They don’t return calls or have any sense of caring for their customers at all. I will be contacting Allstate corporate to have our car insurance switched to another office that handles our home owners insurance. They are always available to speak with someone. Do not use Nick Camarano’s office unless you like being completely and utterly ignored.

If I could give less than one star, I would. I received multiple letters from them dated more than a week prior to when they were postmarked. In the notices, it stated that if I did not sign and return the paperwork by a date that had already past by the time I received the notices, they could make changes to my policy and premium without my consent. Nicholas NEVER answers his emails and when I called the office, I dealt with another extremely rude man in the office. While it may be cheaper than my previous premium with State Farm, a few hundred dollars is most definitely not worth dealing with these extremely rude and unprofessional people.

Doesnt answer phone calls or respond to e mail avoid at all cost has a desk in the closet of a car dealer beware

Got Allstate Insurance on the phone went to the closest Allstate agent to try to get and Fs dish 21 to motor vehicle and had a very difficult time trying to get it done there and then a week after I got the insurance they canceled it and still couldnt get an FS-21 the motor vehicle they didnt send in the drivers ID number either & middle name on the form so couldnt get the car registered for over a week

He does not return emails, phone calls. even when you have an issue there is not one response from him or his office. Watch out people that is not the kind of customer service any one should have to deal with. At All

My Allstate agent, Nicholas Camarrano is the best. Always very helpful, polite, and looks out for the customers best interest.

Nick the owner of Allstate attitude stinks when he was in the wrong for not sending proper documentation to the right address he was unprofessional and rude
